| i really see this coming, after becoming so much popular + 2 earlier OVAs receiving well (at least for my friend) it was bound to be a series. i think it'll not be as good as the manga considering how far the manga goes. |
| Finally! Hope they'll do like 2 seasons... first should be about 24 episodes long and second about 12 episodes... I think this will be enough to cover the chapters from chapter 1 to somewhere between chapter 160 and 165. They mustn't do the chapters after that. |

| Aside from its stagnant story, I really hope the tv series has good animation since the manga really has good art style. That's one of the few reasons that keeps me reading the manga. :) |

| Well, they had to make Suzuka anime so it's only normal to make this adaptation too :) I hope i'll like it~ Both series have factors about the girl or the guy that irritate you, but you end up watching/reading it all. and you don't hate it in the end. well, at least me :P But it will be fun to watch it all animated. But i hope it's 20+ ep at least, or it will be bull-ending-cliffhanger-thing.. you know, to make ppl buy manga. It's sad how more and more anime is just to promote manga or find something to put on TV in the meantime. But let's hope that doesn't happen to stuff that we really like. P.s. still waiting for NANA sequel... HOTD..., of course, Bokura ga ita and Ichigo 100% will never come.. and so many other series. And Berserk..... well, that's a whole other story. why did i write all this? |
| I can't believe it wow...I am so excited for this, literally just read chapter 220 and saw this and was in disbelief. This is my favorite manga and I can't wait to see the adaptation, I hope they give it a proper length though something like 24+ episodes. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

If that's true then that's awful...the earlier chapters were really good. Anyway, I've always wanted an anime adaptation of Kimi no Iru Machi. I got into the manga after watch the OVA last year. Looks like the staff is going to be similar. After reading / seeing both, I thought the OVA was very good plot-wise, especially for being two episodes that take place in a random part of the overall story. But, I'm concerned about the animation - mostly the character designs. I thought all the characters look 10x better in the manga compared to the OVA. Hopefully this changes in the series. |

| Funny it's starting at tokyo arc right of the bat. r they gonna try make the viewers think the main characters is a stalker?(in my opinion, he really is) this author doesn't know how to write a good story and the characters r so lame, they have barely any development at all. i mean, his female characters r so simple minded and so retarded. It's fine if one or two of them r like that but most of the girls makes me facepalm. If he want a good manga then he should let some1 else make the story while he does the arts.So far, he's only capable of writing arcs full of misunderstandings and coincidences after coincidences. because there's gonna be lots of them and it doesn't make any sense.ofc, since it's fiction there's bound to be some coincidences and misunderstandings but there's too many of them and the characters r never learning. They behave like they'r mature but the main character is even contradicting his words and action. Seo Kouji is only capable of drawing but as a author >.> |
