 Media company GREE Entertainment opened an official website for the television anime adaptation of Riku Nanano's Koujo Denka no Kateikyoushi (Private Tutor to the Duke's Daughter) light novel on Friday. The website revealed the main cast, production staff, and a teaser visual (pictured). Nanano began penning the fantasy story on the Kakuyomu website in October 2017. Kadokawa acquired the novel and published the first volume under its Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint in December 2018, featuring illustrations by cura. The 17th volume was released on July 20, with the 20th volume scheduled to go on sale on January 18. Shounen Ace Plus serialized a manga adaptation by Tamura Mutou in September 2019. Kadokawa shipped the fourth volume on February 26. J-Novel Club licensed the light novel for digital release in English in September 2021.
