As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| That wasn't bad. Can't see it doing anything too Earth-shattering, but it seems to do things mostly right, with a good heart, doesn't waste any time being annoying in any way. I might just watch more of this. Nice to have an Arabian setting, makes a change. Just one thing, I hope we'll get some female characters taking a role other than 'slave' or 'prostitute' at some point. |
| I started watching this because I wanted some light action+comedy anime in my watching list. Based on the first episode, it seems like Magi managed to live up to my expectation. The Arabian setting is pretty nice too, though the story seems to be a bit accelerated I think? Furthermore, there's some part in this episode that I dislike. (such as Aladdin just standing there watching Morgiana being swallowed by that monster with a :| face) Will continue watching this anime and hoping that such thing won't occur again/won't affect my mood and attitude towards this anime. 4/5 from me. I might check the manga too when I've time. LOL @ Aladddin and the fat guy oppai scene. Priceless. |

| I don't know if the manga is even better but as an anime episode alone it wasn't a bad first episode. Damn i felt so angry seeing the poor girl in chains and all those people. Is Aladin a girl in this? Girly voice and bandages at the breast area make me very suspicios. |
| New to the series but the pacing did seem a little bit off however it did manage to get me interested. I have no problem with Aladdin voice since he is a 10 years old but he does act like an old perv which is strange. Anyway I will keep away from the manga so I can watch the show without comparing since I dropped one piece and toriko after toei ruined them. |

| I could see the difference, I like the manga more.. but it is nice to see action in colour. The Arabic script is a total mess, I mean at least they should put some effort distinguish the initial, intermediate, and end letters to make it "visually" to look like Arabic... not only using 8 letters out of 28. copy something from Google search. |
| I loved the first episode, but I went into this series not knowing anything about it (hadn't read the manga, still haven't, but will do so when I get the chance), so I had no real expectations I guess. Definitely drew me into the series though, I"m a bit addicted now xD |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |
| okay just got around to starting this, having not read the manga i can't really compare to the pacing or if it is following close to it.... as an anime alone i really enjoyed it.... the genie blushing at elizabeth was quite funny, although Aladdin's book fetish was quite unexpected but rather funny considering his age xD nice action at the end.... animation was nice, both OP and ED were catchy especially the OP loved the singing.... so far so good! |

| I really enjoyed this episode. The music is amazing! I seriously loved it. It was funny, exciting and refreshing, although a bit fast paced I truly don't mind. I like when things happen and they get to the point and I didn't read the manga so I have nothing to compare it too. The story seems promising and the characters are likable thus far. I liked the opening as well. so excited to see whats going to happen next. |

| The setting is pretty unique, but everything about it, especially the names, is extremely stereotypical of Arabians during that time period. The artwork is meh. The frequent chibi faces are annoying. The talking animation shows way too much top teeth. That was the worst monster attack scene ive seen. He waited a whole minute, wondering why no one else would help, before helping them. As if the two girls would survive swimming in whatever acidic shit that was, without even appearing hurt or coughing. and "oh ill throw wine at it so it gets drunk, thatll help" durrr. um what? |

| Well finally I got around to starting this goddamn anime. I was really tired when I watched this but I wanted to at least watch the first episode so it's easier to start this anime tomorrow night. Aladdin's voice is a lot more feminine than I expected. For a child, Aladdin sure loves getting a face-full of titties. Pink-haired girl is hot. I want to find out more about her ASAP. BOOBS! Alibaba seems pretty cool. I can't wait to see how he develops. That hostess though ಠ_ಠ Of course the hot girl gets tentacle raped not that I'm complaining. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) YAY FRIENDSHIP POWERS! :D Okay first episode. I'll probably rewatch it tomorrow when I'm more wide awake so I can get a better idea of how I like it. 6.5/10 |
| Horrible. It felt like there was lot of scenes missing because the Aladdin's and Alibaba's relationship was confusing. It first seemed like he knew the kid but then it turns out he didn't so it made no fucking sense why he was covering the whole melon deal. If you are suppose to think that it was because he was good deep inside him then even that case it was just poorly handled no matter how you look at it. And the other thing about is that the show is so "in your face" with it's messages. But that's not surprisingly because apparently this is a shounen show. + fuck ecchi. |

| god this was some of the most generic and uninspired garbage i think i've ever watched. wow, what a surprise, the protagonist of a shounen manga LIKES FOOD! are the characters really named alibaba and ALADDIN? LMFAO. it's got a middle eastern/indian setting which is new pretty new i suppose but i guess that's where the mangaka's originality stopped. EDIT: HAHA JUST KIDDING. MAGIC TURBAN, NOT A MAGIC CARPET! HAHA, SO ORIGINAL! aladdin has a retardedly OP flute and it took him as long as it did to use it. i'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume its the director's fault for making him seem like a fuckwit. this especially cracked me up: HMMMMMMM, I WONDER IF SHE'S GOING TO BE A MAIN CHARACTER?
