The story outline is similar but how events are executed and how they should have happened differs. Its like comparing Tsukihime(there's no tsukihime anime, there's no tsukihime anime...) anime to Tsukihime game or TC (Studio Beetrain, burn in hell) anime to TRC manga. The execution is different, scenes are different, character reactions are different. | FMA based entirely off the manga will be nice. Bones did a good job writing their own original story line once they were forced to diverge from the manga, but the manga's story is just much much better IMO. |
