Damn, he missed. I almost thought Tsukamoto had that until the ball hit the top rather than inside.

Still pretty tense episode with the match and as one of the highlights, I like the overall teamwork plays. Kimishita got really fired up this episode as well!
2 more episodes left ;_;

This was such a good episode. Usui was great!

And Tsukamoto just misses goals. I hope he scores a goal soon.

Good episode.

Sadly the match has gone back to being presented as still frame animation which really butchers a lot of tension and pressure that could have been created. Sigh, Finally thought Days would step it up after last week.

Tsukamoto missed again. :( Well at least he won the free kick
Anyway, Props to Usui and Kimishita this match.
Usui's dribble was awesome, Just imagine how much better it would've been if it wasn't still frame animated. Same goes for Kimishita's free kick and literally every corner in the episode.

Looks like the show will end with this game. Guess we won't be seeing the final unless we get a second season.

The author of Days must really like spanish football. The refree is as bad as the ones in La Liga and Usui is like the Sergio Ramos of Seiseki

That's the amazing thing with Days (not the best example though). You cant get past that slideshow of still images if the show didn't have a decent screenplay, direction and music.

Kimishita's was way better. He made the ball bounce after it hit the floor. That needs insane rotation with such a low ball. I doubt there's anyone that can make that kick consistently
A curve including all entries should be of a gaussian form. One including limited entries by picking animes you liked and not rating animes you dropped should look like mine.
Amount of total animes each rating should have (percentages): 6-25,7-15,8-6,9-3,10-1

Well.. Anime =/ Reallife. If you want a more realistic Football anime, go for Giant Killing.

I've watched giant killing. It's pretty good too, have the manga on plan to read for a while.
But I don't think that ball is impossible. I'm sure it's doable just hard to do consistently.

The staff was lazy this week. There are too many images without real animation especially for a sports anime. :/

Sure because it requires the Wall to jump.

I'm not talking about the ball going below the wall. I mean the ball bouncing on a low trajectory kick. If the ball hadn't bounced the keeper would have gotten it.

Tsukamoto is now really being useful!
Usui-senpai doesn't want to be captain but instead vice-captain and he really packs a punch the whole game!
Kimishita accuracy is top class!
4/5

I flipped when Tsukushi didn't make the shot again when the episode started. lol but after the episode ended, okay, I can deal~ xD Kimishita and the seniors are so reliable, thank goodness. But I'm started to let up on my annoyance with Tsukushi now that he's finally starting to be competent, though I'm pretty sure I'll start disliking him again when the match is over... I really can't stand the look on his face and his personality. Gahh!

There's also one thing that made me ??? which was when Maru was spraying his privates with the Magic Spray(?). I'm not a guy and I'm not sure what the spray was for (I'm assuming its a cooling spray for injuries?) and why he was even spraying his privates so much. lol It was a funny scene though.

I'm kinda dissapointed that Tsukushi couldn't score that first shot, but oh whatever. Fortunately he is getting more confident as well more bearable actually. :D I think Kimishita is my favourite, he is such a boss. :D

The last few episodes have been really good, the soccer matches have become way more interesting in my opinion since they focus on multiple players instead of a few

Damn, Kimishita is killing it this match. That free kick a la Pirlo was so good.

Now on the other hand, Seiseki's coach is absolutely infuriating to see. Reinforce the defense line after one defender is sent off is basic 101 in football for fuck's sake! No wonder why Keiou's attack was more overwhelming that expected.
