Ashita no Joe's art style is something I could look at for-fucking-ever. I don't know what it is, but Mushi Production really did something magical with that art style. |

I think Paprika and A Kite both looked amazing. Having a movie budget helped, but both had such vibrant colours without feeling glaring.   Sadly I think modern anime looks quite bad. Everything just looks so bright and overly polished, but it ends up removing so much of the detail. It is a real shame as I felt things were really advancing before then. |

Although not my favourite, mononoke (the anime, not the movie) deserves some praise for its unique and detailed artstyle. It's a little bit flat at times, but captivating nevertheless My favourite is honestly that mid 90's classic, perfected cell shaded style. Things like Gunbuster and golden boy have this style for example. I would kill for them to make something in this style again, they had struck gold and they forgot where the vein was once they moved to digital.   |

 I really like Takashi Takeuchi artstyle seen across the Nasuverse. It nice that Nasu and Takeuchi have a good working relationship as Takeuchi really brings the whole visual side to Nasu wider world.  I even managed to snag a copy form a local Waterstone which I treasure XD. |

| Hunter x Hunter (2011) - Because every character looks like they're from a different anime, I love that. Jujutsu Kaisen (Season 2) - Because it looks like it was filmed, raised the bar for new anime. Ninja Scroll (Movie) - Because for it's time it's quite a visual masterpiece, hard to find others from '93 and prior. Bleach - Because it's refreshing to see characters have different clothes regularly like people in reality. Under Ninja - Because realistic palates & textures in backgrounds & environment to superb excellency. |
| I love death note artstyle because it is not overblown; no overly-exaggerated eyes or crazy colored hairs but still feels very anime-like Of the more obscure ones, I like Kaiji, but that is an acquired taste |
| I love the clean, modern art style of Lycoris Recoil and anything that looks similar. Sharp outlines and not too many details on the characters, backgrounds and special effects can be more realistic. |
