| It's about time Bea showed up in the anime and she made a hell of an impression in that samurai armor of hers. One of the most badass moments I've seen in the show when she destroyed that zombie. I like her personality style too and brings in more colorful humor to the show. Tbh, I think she fits within the group really well. Really glad they captured her personality from the manga. The way she took off her clothes was pure comedy gold LOL. The bath scenes were a mixture of comedy and awkwarness but entertaining imo. |

| What are the chances you’d stumble upon a super hot blonde with blue eyes and big boobs, and moreover someone who’s overly fond of their japanese culture as well… in an apocalyptic world at that??? Negative, quite honestly. Though this being a feel-good apocalyptic world, we do see impossibilities becoming possibilities, and thus our trio met Beatrix, who did introduce herself as a german, but her infatuation with japanese culture do make it seem like she’s a local resident lol. I mean she hunting zombies with that samurai attire and quite ruthlessly was hilarious lol. But her enthusiasm wasn’t for a very noble cause, I mean she just wanted to transport some fishes just so she could eat and enjoy sushi. We hunted zombies like usual, and these four already make a team.. a great team. They got the treat too afterwards, a prized eat-all-you-can sushi treat. So, that’s another task done from the bucket list. Though hey, we needed some hot-spring episode segment too right? Thank heavens, we got one too. They might have their fun spoiled in the beginning but Akira and Shizuka got a moment of themselves, albeit some embarrassment, but that was cute indeed.  |

| It only took eight episodes, but we finally have the long awaited arrival of Beatrix! With just a short distance from Akira's hometown, Gunma, the group encounters Beatrix, a German female college student dressed as a samurai in armor, who effortlessly cuts down zombies with a naginata. Beatrix then goes onto explain that she's a fanatic when it comes to Japanese culture, hence the armor she had on. It was all sunshine's and rainbows, as Beatrix had finally gathered all the money she needed to fly over to Japan, but of course the minute she stepped foot onto it, the zombie apocalypse had started. But even though the place she had been dreaming of coming to ever since she was little was in a state like that, she refused to give up and searched every nook and cranny for a sushi chef that resides in Gunma. Beatrix is truly a badass. The world could use more warriors like her. Her dedication and perseverance to search out Sushi all in order to get the full Japanese experience is on a whole other level. Akari seems to also support her, but he's only in it for the sushi lmao. On a different note, I was surprised to learn that Shizuka is actually older than both Akira and Kencho, despite her cute appearance. I initially thought she was a college student or younger than them. I'm assuming Beatrix will become a part of the group. I suppose that means Kencho now has a partner, lol. Speaking of Kencho, wouldn't be a zombie fighting episode without Kencho getting butt-ass naked once again. LOL. Episode aside, I see they get themselves some new visuals for the OP, with Akira and Kencho singing along like a music video Lmao. They've got some other new visuals that looks better than the last version as well. Also in terms of for a mountain hot springs, it's pretty impressive. Shizuka's response about love is so characteristic of her, lol. The whole gang is finally assembled! I wonder what silly antics they could get into from here on out! |

| SAMURAI GIRL LET'S GO I know we've all been waiting for this Oh they changed the OP visuals? And the footage part is not only from the previous episode. I like this! Kongming! I miss that anime. I was reading the manga along while watching this and there is a change: they threw balloons with gasoline instead of bottles and they didn't have problems with lighting the matches. So that whole action part is anime original (except Akira's little speech and Beatrix's flashback which happened a bit earlier). I'm liking these changes! It was shown multiple times that these zombies are attracted to sound. I wonder what's up with that. ONSEN TIME! That was a wall of text in the manga lol. I wonder if I'll get to that level someday. Here they cut a moment with Bea appreciating a memorial with haiku on it while running escaping from the hot springs. Oh well. Good to see that Shizuka didn't immidately change and there are still traces of her father. I love me some ๐ป๐ธ๐ถ๐ช๐ท๐ฌ๐ฎ in non-romance anime This was a fun episode! |

| Bea is finally here, the best girl is here. What a badass entry for her, wearing a samurai armor and killing zombies left and right. She's badass and also can be really adorable, love her. Nice fanservice here and there this episode with a little bit of Shizuka x Akira development. |

| New OP, nice once again. Romanticised Japanese culture lover is kinda off-putting after having watched some real life videos on the extremely unhealthy Japanese (work)culture. Animation seemed low quality during the zombie between vans scene and the on real life based hot spring. Would be nice to have two frontliners in the team, if Beatrix stays. |

| Beatrix is here, with her samurai armor, and the gang is crazy for sushi and hot springs... What an impression Beatrix made with that entrance. She fits in with the cast quite well, with her personality, and it should make for some solid humour. I found this episode more enjoyable than the previous two, because this anime functions best with its wild action and comedy segments in my opinion, and finally we got more of that. Shizuka is starting to join in with the silliness too, and that's probably the influence of Akira's personality of just doing what he wants to do. A very entertaining, fun episode for sure, and I'm looking forward to the last episode next week before the massive delay that's likely going to happen. |

| I truly began to feel the manga go downhill and become more boring after Beatrix was introduced so seeing her in the anime did not excite me much to be honest. I didn't find her to be likable much in both mediums. This was an okay episode though as a whole though, not a bad one overall. |
| Bea-san a foreigner who is more knowledgeable about Japanese Culture than a japanese citizen. ๐๐ I love that. I also love Japanese Culture. Great to see kusatsu onsen in the anime. I always watch it at real time in live cameras and wondered how it look at in different angles and close up. |

| Beatrix is here! Freaking finally! I have been looking forward to her since episode 1 and I love her already! The main cast is finally complete! Seriously, she's a much more fun character than I expected. The way she interacts with the cast feels so natural. It's like she was with them since day 1. This episode was pretty fanservice-heavy which I kind of liked. The most notable part was the Akira x Shizuka moment which I appreciated. Let's see what happens in the last 4 episodes. |
| Interesting OP sequence this time, it's different! On the way to Gunma, Akira, Kencho and Shizuku found the usual zombie group, but somebody better: the samurai girl Beatrix Amerhauser, on the way to deliver fish to survivors in Takasaki, and all she wants to meet is the last surviving sushi master, which Akira is down for it too as well. And on the onsalught of zombies, they play roles like Kencho's naked man, Shizuku's Three Kingdoms's inspired Zhuge Liang, and both Beatrix and Akira's superhero and samurai accordion in clearing out the zombies, plus some literate gasoline fuel firepower, all in the vein for some delicious sushi. Welcome to Japan's apocalypse, Beatrix! The next stop: hot springs, and the aspect of love is also not something that Shizuku would've thought of, though Akira wants to have one. And when it came time for the baths, Shizuku ain't wanna have it with the boys, and Beatrix being the loyal Nippon than any other Japanese, wants to have fun too...except that the zombies came unexpected. So then, the separate hot spring in the mountains serves as a good kickback, though finding Shizuku there is a bit of an embarrassment. Her apologizing because of the way that her hard-and-fast father brought her up with, she is being completely honest with him, and doesn't mind someone who can be open with her...which (nudge, nudge), Akira, you're open for the taking! Hah, welp, Kencho and Beatrix joining in the fun, it's kicking back good time! |

| @FrozenRaider Yeah I also liked Bea's personalities I mean personality too lol. Finally we get to see her before this series goes on a who knows how long hiatus. This episode was good with a mix of action and comedy, also I noticed Shizuka opened up a bit more towards the end of this episode. I also noticed how Bea acts similar to Kenichiro at least in as having no shame getting naked whereas both Shizuka and Akira are a bit more reserved but Bea and Akira aren't afraid to fight a bunch of zombies so Bea has been fitting in pretty good. Anyways, I think there's 1 more episode before another delay... |
