| Lol this episode had its shopping "date" if it can be called that. Max definitely is not the type that goes around shopping much. But hey, it was a chance for him and Maou to develop a better relationship. On the other hand, Maou seemed super excited as if she had this prepared for her whole life. |

| The onsen water stirring is a real tradition at the Kusatsu Onsen where the onsen from this episode was modeled after. This tradition is called 'yumomi'. It's a method to cool down Kusatsu's hot spring water to bathing temperature without diluting it with cold water and thus attenuating its special qualities. |

| Isn't it annoying when you're out with someone you can't stand, pretending to be a beautiful girl, and suddenly run into an unexpected "old friend"? But seriously, those strong and fit women really catch my attention. Will got a taste of why Max is the former Hero and he's just not on the same level. Looks like Max couldn't avoid getting involved after all, thanks to the Little Demon Lord's influence, leading to that free trip to Gamma. Leo's appearance reminds me of a character straight from Dr. Stone. Their reunion is bound to be entertaining, and I'm eager to hear the whole story straight from Leo's perspective. Can't say I fully trust Fred though. |

| “You are a guy right?” “Does it matter?” The greatest question of all time lmao Cool that we got to see more of Max’s friends’ backstories. Also learned a lot about the actual world the show takes place in. It’s cool to see a show take place in a post fantasy setting. Can’t think of too many situations like that. Also learnt something new about the Onsen stirring tradition! That’s really neat that even before modern technology, people were able to solve issues like an onsen being too hot while not diluting it. |

| Good episode, finally got to see Leo (who sort of looks like a type of Tarzan or something). Zenia made a brief cameo and so did the ghost girl. The girl that was in the store giving out the samples that recognized Max, I wonder if she was one of the group members alongside Leo and Fred? Perhaps we'll find out and I'm thinking Leo and Max may interact, not sure how that will go besides Leo probably trying to convince Max to join his side. |

| I dunno, this show is up and down. The side characters are too weird looking and feel really rough, like they are not very well thought out. The last episode was very funny and so relevant but this one felt like it was a rush of half-baked ideas. The flashback scenes looked especially roughshod The characters felt like half baked designs. And it looked so sloppy. Started off funny, Maou's high school girl form plays off Max really well. Rest of it felt kind of meh Went from 5 down to 3 |

| They really need to put romance genre in this show lol. Maou and Max are great as usual especially Maou, Oozora san really did a stellar job as her. And of course unsurprisingly Gamma Republic is not a terrorist like The Kingdom said, simple plot but really relevant to Max's character development and a great vehicle for Max and Maou's interactions. Truly a hidden gem of this season |

| The rivalry between Leo and Max, it's one for the ages. The Demon Lord wanting to tag along with Max, they go shopping together, though he questions her sexuality, which to be honest, it doesn't matter. The thing is, someone recognized him as the Hero, and it's someone from the Gamma Republic threatening him as one of Leo's junkies spying on him. Of course, Maou senses troubles with Max, though she isn't far-fetched from being safe. Sure, Maou tries her best to act as a normal person, though this business is also one occasion of Max being recruited by Leo's side as well. Though Max will think about it, it's Will who forces his hand, though Max stands his ground, and he got the worst treatment from the once Hero. The shopping trip ruined by the visit to join the Gamma Republic's side, it's a weighing of two extremes as both the woman and Will head back home. Selling tickets online for a free trip to Trachigo, it would be better to go together, and Max got tricked by Maou's illusion spell to go there as a reconnaissance mission. Gamma Republic...is just a town of hot springs, though it's a place of nuisance. Leo is back in town, and he's nothing more than a glorified Tarzan doing hot springs things, he hasn't changed a bit. Still, the camaraderie of the two, what has gone down so bad between them both? |
