| This was a really fun sleepover-themed episode. =) The chemistry between Mahiro, Momiji, Asahi and Miyo is entertaining enough at it is, but this episode bumped that up to eleven. There was a good amount of fanservice on offer from all of the girls, including Mihari, although the scenes themselves were pretty tame and wholesome, aside from Asahi comparing her breast size to Miyo's, which she didn't look disappointed in the slightest. Still, we did get a little flashback of when Asahi and Momiji first became friends, which was really cute. Even back then, Asahi's smile is a critical hit to the likes of me! XD The little pillow fight and Asashi's "Scary" story were also entertaining, which was made better all thanks to how much sakuga animation this particular episode had. If it wasn't for KyoAni's Tsurune airing this season, this show would easily be the best animated series for this season. Either way, both are a visual treat for my eyes and I'm grateful that both are airing at the same time! Respect for Mahiro for making a cover story to protect Momiji after she wet the bed during the night. Their friendship is already pretty close, which you can tell. ^_^ |

I'd say just watch both versions at the same time if you'd want to find more scenes that are different, but you could read the manga too if you wanted. In the manga it's chapter 22 for that part of episode 6 that I mentioned above in case you wanted to compare episode 6 of the anime to the manga's chapter. |

| One thing I like with OniMai is that they (at least Mahiro) wears different outfits and hairstyles throughout the episodes. I know it's done in most anime not taking place at a school or something, but still. |

| Asahi in the flashback was hilarious with her reactions finding out Momiji was a girl. Poor Miyo all traumatized about her insecurity exposed. It was sweet Mahiro trying to cover for Momiji getting the piss scared out of her. |

| Dude... here I thought they were playing on a Switch... But then they showed Mario Kart 64 style graphic... couldn't do one of the more recent huh. ___ ___ ___ And later they went to have a bath... But Mahiro decide to go first (technically not, cause he ambushed Mihari as she was having a bath first) And Miyo... she's so into Yuri that she's half scared and half excited. Cause she's shy about her well developed body, but wants to see other girls bonding together... (so she gets scared of having other girls seeing her, but she wants to see others...) Also... that boob grab, LOL (sure is a shock alright, very BIG shock) ___ ___ ___ Ah yes... fun pillow fights. Can only be done by girls. I never seen guys do this. Then bed incidents happen... LOL And then Onii-chan bargs into poor lil'sis's room, Mihari was so confused. |
