| It's almost a decade since I was seriously into anime, and I notice that I prefer girls with short hair and natural (for Japanese people e.g. black, brown, dark blue etc) colors. There are times when I like dyed hair too like pink. Of course there's always an exception but most of the time it's like this. Here are a few examples of my preferences: So, what about you guys?? |

| Long hair is usually my preference, but there will always be an exception here or there. I don't really have a "set in stone" preference for exact hair length.. it can also depend on the style. Ponytails, pigtails, twin tails, wavy, straight, curly... down to the shoulders, the mid back, the waist, the knees, the ankles... they're all good and have been represented well along the way. The one style I'm less fond of than average is the "drills" ringlets, although I think I recall once or twice I thought they actually looked nice. This isn't to say short hair styles are no good.. there are plenty of characters I like that have short hair, but in general my preference would be the longer hair lengths. |

| I prefer the hair color be something like jet black. Though red hair is nice, too. The length doesn’t matter as much as the style to me, but I think long hair to the back will do. The color of the characters eyes could also fit well with the hair, and that would give extra points. Overall, I would take better style than preferable length. |

I like it as long as possible honestly and am a big hater of short hair  In terms of style my fav is just regular let out long hair  After that Id say twintails  but Id also say twintails can be better than regular hair in terms of turning me on when Im watching porn/hentai or reading doujins but it doesnt happen enough or me to say its better than regular hair overall For third place Ill give it to ponytails  Ill honourable mention braided hair also because it looks really nice but it doesnt really turn me on  |
