Yup, and not many of the users here are anymore either. Me and several other members have been working hard to keep the far left woketards from controlling the narrative here. Problematizers get jumped on pretty quickly and they know they are very unpopular here. Mods have been banning a few of them as well but most of the time they just delete their own account. |

| MAL forums are better* The site itself not so much lol. I much prefer the design of AniList, it's simple and intuitive. Also they have a native dark mode (yes, I use Dark Reader for MAL, but native dark mode is still better). |

I'm not sure how they pick their mods or what goes on behind the scenes but it is working. As long as management doesn't change. |

| I think that attempts to start some kind of controversial political crap will end bad for you on any resource. Regardless of whether you are left or right. It’s just that MAL is a much more democratic and adequate resource in general, which is what I like. An excellent option at a time when Anilist resembles a mixture of an anime database with Reddit and Twitter, and ANN has long become the anime analogue of game journalism and film critics (I still remember their editor-in-chief admitting that they only hire people of certain political views). |
