| Good episode. Really liked the visuals in the scene where the Marleyan ships were lured in and Armin transformed. |
| Nice way to fill in some of the holes. Very effective storytelling. This was a chill episode we needed before the real shit. Also, yay Annie is finally back....kind of. |

| Another fantastic episode, respect to Levi for resisting chopping Zeke into pieces lmao. Our flashback Survey Corps looking good and it's also nice to see Pixis again. Even in flashbacks, Sasha has a way to invade our hearts T_T. Onyankopon is a cool ass dude. FINALLY THE CHAD MAN BUN EREN HAS ARRIVED Really looking forward to the next episode, expect more dialogue heavy episodes. |

| Beautiful episode, getting a flashback to whatever the heck happened in that 3 year timeskip. Kind of irritated as to why the Paradis people are trying to kill the Marleyans that helped them now. Character development and world building is always welcomed in my book. |

| This episode had the best of things. The plot twist where Eren goes his own way after the meeting(he loses hope in the officials). Sasha flashbacks(Poor Niccolo). Armin monologue regrets. ANNIE! Zeke on Hotel TreeVago XD. Why is Onnyakopon black? And the best mastermind YELENA!! |

| Honestly, I do miss dialogue-heavy episodes like this, as Attack on Titan does them incredibly well. The flashback did a great job at explaining what happened in the 3-year timeskip before the attack on Marley, where a band of rogue Marleyan soldiers who wanted to help the Eldian group to get their revenge. Although, now that Zeke is under their control and they have the titan serum, I was a bit surprised to see Pixis' group aiming their guns at the rogue Marleyans. I wonder if Yelena and the others will be spared or shot dead. Who knows... Sasha's screentime in the flashback was bittersweet, though. She was really amusing when she tried lobster meat for the first time, but it still saddens me that she's gone. I do respect Niccolo for offering Sasha's parents to cook for them, which they accepted. =) Eren at the end gives me some vibes that the next set of episode will be tense. I think that's almost a given, as he's put his hair into a man bun while muttering "fight" to himself. This rollercoaster ride is far from over, that's for sure. =3 |

| Omfg Armin talking to Annie. I got the chills. Niccolo offering to cook for Sasha’s fam, that was so sad. RIP Sasha (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`) Loved that scene of Mikasa, Armin & Eren. Even the most subtle details like Armin getting startled by Eren’s gunshots. I can’t even begin to imagine what Armin’s going thru. And then that transition from Eren’s bullet to the bullet that killed Sasha. Damn. Cinematic. Zeke’s face when he saw his, in the words of Levi, ~~~~~lavish~~~~~~ hotel trolllololllll I’m dead |

| What an emotional heavy episode. Seeing Sasha eating and enjoying Niccol'os food was bitter sweet. The conversation between Armin, Mikasa and Eren just shows how far they've come. Levi itching to kill MONKE is hilarious. This season is gonna be great. |
| So we got a quick flashback about what happened between season 3 and season 4. I thought those deserters would be Eldians, but apparently they are not. I never noticed that Eldians can't be black somehow, guess that's how much I care about skin color lol As Armin said, what they did was inevitable. Levi was quite savage with Zeke this episode, loved it. Wonder what they are planning to do with him, giving him a "hotel" in the forest. |
| man i loved reading these chapters. they were a good pause from all the action and seeing them animated was just as satisfying. best girl yelena is here baby! get ready for the influx of shippers coming up in the next few episodes, i've already seen some fellow zevi stans born from their banter.....but that's all i'm gonna say about them :) i'm so happy we get to see niccolo, he's so wholesome guys - i can see him turning into a fan-favorite now that he's been animated i know there's been some backlash about sasha asking onyankopon "why are you black" but you have to remember that the paradisians haven't really ever seen POC. they've been trapped on this island behind the walls for hundreds of years. and i think it's safe to say onyankopon ended racism with his answer (i'm partially kidding) next time, HISTORIA!!!! |

| I do not trust Zeke at all; he clearly has his own agenda and he doesn't care who he fucks over to see it through. On the other hand, it's undeniable that Paradis wouldn't stand a chance against Marley if he and Yelena hadn't helped them 3 years ago. It was amazing how this episode slowly built up a sense of dread and I'm pretty sure we're gonna hit the peak of it next week! |

| Damn, even in the flashbacks Mikasa's chin makes me wonder if she's related to American Dad. Sasha's parts didn't do much for me, since i found her to be a one-dimentional character with a food obsession gimmick. The rest of episode wa alright, left me curious about how Monke Man allied with Levi and others. I would also like to find out more about Bob Marley's conflicts and the rebels. (I didn't read the manga) |
| I find it hard to believe that MAPPA is going to animate the rest of the story now that they are more then half way into the rest of the story, I mean they say this season well only have 16 episodes ? They well have to cut so many content and rush the hell out of this season |

| Now this is the flashback episode I wanted to see, I was curious why Eren and the others invaded Marley and also with the help of some insiders, Hange and the others were so lucky that the Marleyan traitors are engineers :) Kinda sad seeing Nicollo crying over Sasha even though he was from opposite side. Eren went rogue and would have carried out his plan regardless if the scouts joined him or not. Obviously, the scouts didnt want to risk losing Eren so they were forced to join the raid on Liberio. The volunteers were held captive because they dont fully trust them and want to be cautious. Especially with Zekes return to the island. |

| This EP felt like a lot of material compressed into a small shell. I like Hange's welcoming speech to marleyan marines. Sasha's love for food is unpaired, especially when it comes to meat. Eren and his friends struggle with the remaining time, they have to utilise every days from now on, before they run out of time. |

Sawano is composing new tracks this season, but there weren't meant to be used only in the second half, the tweet says some of them actually played in episode 7. It's probably safe to assume that we'll hear more new Sawano tracks now that we're in Paradis (since he's composing music for Paradisians), but that doesn't mean he's taking over Yamamoto, we'll still hear his tracks as well. That's great news I guess, I'll wait till I hear some new tracks from Sawano, either way, I'm fine with old tracks of Sawano as well, since all of them are masterpieces. |

| The irony in this episode is that that guy was kicking Niccolo which is showing disrect to the graves of the fallen comrades who just wanted to pay his respect to Sasha. Also why didn't we get to see the graves of any characters except Sasha?Where's the grave of Erwin???? |

| "so do you remember that titan I touched two seasons ago so she was my grandma and somehow that made my rumbling go brrrr and I just remembered it because it finally became plot-relevant trolololo" Welp, Isayama bullshiting us as usual in Araki forgot levels. I won't complain much because I can't remember if that was the least foreshadowed or explained before, but welp. I liked this episode a lot though. I think this was the first time I ever cared for these characters in the past. Seeing how much they changed really put it in perspective. |
