But yeah I guess we are running short of good isekai to make into anime. If then the ones that are a bit more interesting are done like Kumo desu then it may be better they don't adapt them at all... |

| I'm glad I didn't watch the recap episode because the first 5 minutes of the episode recaps the events from Season 1 and the OVA. So Rimuru leaves his post as a teacher at Freedom academy to return home to return to Tempest nation. From there he has to take care some diplomatic duties between the Animal Kingdom and Tempest federation by having both of them send delegations to each other as a request from Demon Lord Carrion to prevent further hostilities between the two nations. |

| Good start. Not much to say about op and ed, they're correct. But the episode itself is quite amusing. Good animation (the fights are noticeable and stimulating) and still the particular mood that we like. I'm glad our slime is back. |
That's literally because the story is still in its infancy lol.[/quote] Hmmm I wouldn't say so, there are already 24 episodes and 5 OVAs before this one (that is in fact called episode 25). That being said, I don't see why a story has to be childish just because it's at its start. There's plenty of anime that are serious or mature or even horrific from episode one. It's clear that this show is a light-hearted and comedic adventure kind of story, but this can also be achieved without being simplistic |

| Liked season 1 up till the brats invaded the plot. This season 2 ep 1 has a very weak start till about the end. I have hope still! Slimeball seems to be getting sadistic and that could be interesting. |

So when Rimuru came back and named all new Goblins, Rimuru gave the former Goblin Village Chiefs similar names to Rigurd and declared them to be Goblin Lords, while Rigurd himself became the Goblin King (the anime very briefly mentioned that back in S1 in EP6). This guy's name is Rogurd and at this point he is Tempest's Minister of Administration. The little guy next to him is likewise a former Goblin Village Chief who joined at the same time and that one's name is Regurd, Minister of Legislation. Oh wow, i did NOT remember that at all! 😅 I kinda wanted to rewatch s1 before s2 began cuz i was sure there would be stuff i forgot (lol, turns out i was right 😋) but didn’t have time. | Yeah, i thought i miss something from this first episode. But, as soon as i am reading some comment for these first, this is exactly the missing content before episode 23 previous season happened. Something of a big point will happening too, i am very sad reading that. But, oh well, can't blame peoples for just spoiling around. Its their job to enlightened the hype! However, i still don't know if its happening after 23 or not. So, yeah, its still a fair way to go! One month before Rimuru really left the kids from Freedom Academy jobs. He need to established the formal diplomatic relations with Kingdom of Animal, Eurazania, which lead by Demon Beast Lord, Carrion. Tempest delegation turned over to Benimaru and Rigur. Meanwhile, the hero of tempesto puppet, Youm, arrived to bring more color for the monster nation of Jura. The arrival of Kingdom of Animal delegation seems not so kind, as expected from the beastkeepers, full of arrogancy. The white tiger bitch didn't know that the slime she mention was a fuckin god. Then, its repeated again. A welcome greetings in front of Jura's Tempest capital, used a fun ferocious battle as its reception. What a fine way to go, tensura! |

| Slime Anime is back with its second Season! :D Good episode. It was very enjoyable. Eurazanians are really interesting. Can't wait to see more adventures of Rimuru and his friends. |

| Yes goddamnit! This is how you start a season, with an informative recap of past events especially if it's been a while since the first season. At least now I'm not clueless about what's happening. Though it helps that this show doesn't have a very complex plot to begin with. |

| So season 2 starts off before season 1 ended. That's what I'm getting here. Seems like there was more to the freedom academy. Youmu looked so badass when he tilted his head to avoid those daggers. Great start to the season, though the last opening and ending were much better for me and well, way more sad. |
