| i was going to give this a 7 but i dont like the turn of event without any explaination. i thought this was school romance slice of life anime, then it turn sci-fi blood gore. i mean wtf is this? comon i admit the fighting is enjoyable, BUT, is this a school where are the parents, y break someone arm because he is noisy, why modaka is till living freely when she killed someone in the past , WTF IS THIS SHIT and i am going to be generous here because it was somehow enjoyable but i was expecting a better show and was wanting to give this a higher score,but 6/10 |

So if you're going in hoping for that you will be disappointed. But there are answers. |

| This series in a nutshell In all seriousness this one of the best things I have seen and I am excited about season 2. |

| Classic shounen anime. Entertaining but nothing more. Retarded bad guy, op mc. Too much talk in fights, no deaths after fight that was supposed be fight to death. Bad guy has retarded reason to attack people. Even though at one second i thought we will see some real blood in there as they showed glimpse of Medoka history but i was wrong, but meh. I had fun. |

| If you had asked me after watching episode 5 if I would watch the second season, the answer would have been a solid 'no'. But I gave it a change and was not disappointed! Definitely going to watch it. The genre shift totally hooked me. |

| Great episode overall. i like it. the conclusion for the first arc ? XD can't wait to see the second season. overall series, it was a very good series imo. pretty funny and enjoyable to watch. this show is similiar to Sket Dance too imo and i really like it either in comedy and action.i like Medaka too when she went beserk. that was pretty cool for a rage :D but one thing that i really want is for Shiranui to become the vice president. i just want her to be one of the MC but....i don't think she will be one of them in the next season. Animation pretty good considering when it was made. action was cool and funny. enjoyable story. looking foward for the next season. 8/10 or more specifically 8.2/10 :D shit will get real in the next season XD |

| I was hoping for a real Shogi battle, but it never came *Sight* Well last episode felt more like the ending than this one... About this series the shifting in tone for me wasn’t the problem the problem was that it came too little too late and then having setting the tone of a big bad fight the fight itself felt anticlimactic by how quickly it resolved and for a fight in a school the only bystanders were the student council member…??? That was also work against the fight in my opinion… |

| I didn't enjoyed the show that much, I don't mean to say it was bad but i wasn't that good either imo. I thought it would be a normal student council anime but what i got was like a shounen anime with a superhuman character. There was no real plot, the whole show just revolved around Medaka-san. The other characters were good and intriguing, but again they were eclipsed by Medaka-san. She may look invincible but i think shiranui is the real deal. Surprisingly everyone is praising seson 2 so i might give it a chance in future. |

| Would have been better if it stayed as a dumb school comedy with some fantastical elements instead of this bottom of the barrel shounen slide-show garbage. If it's supposed to be a parody of some sort, it failed. Pretty boring and sometimes distasteful. Second season looks horrid, if the after credit sequence is anything to go by. |
