| i really don't like how Mai keeps getting pushed away by the plot so their relationship can't grow past holding hands, she's quite mature for an anime character and could probably help a lot solving cases. still good tho. |

| A good episode, they handled that pretty well. I do hope Kunimi breaks up with his girlfriend at some point because I honestly don't know what he sees in her, she seems like such an obnoxious character. Then he and Futaba can just hook up. | Great Episode! Futaba really is the best, after all. Seeing her interactions with Sakuta particularly over the last two episodes has been a great treat! It was awkward seeing the ‘fake’ Futaba disappear like that during the phone call though, and I definitely expected more than just a casual reaction from Sakuta. I think it was pretty obvious from last episode that Futaba had inferiority complex but I never anticipated for it to be this serious. At least, they are back to normal though. Consequently, the hopeless confession there, or so I imagine, was sad to see but I hope the trio get through this hurdle. Nice scene though where the trio were enjoying the little fireworks and pulling off an all-nighter at the same time. I wonder what’s so good about that obnoxious girlfriend of his though, but well we haven’t really gotten much screentime featuring her at all so maybe we’re just missing out. I hope he realised that the perfect Futaba is still around though. Come on, widen your horizon mate. Damn, Futaba’s house though and lol Sakuta’s response to her parents being away was just perfect! Meanwhile, looks like Mai will not be able to spend as much private time with Sakuta anymore. I’m glad she appeared in the hospital, at least. I hope the Retreat plan works out, because next week’s episode preview promises some drama. I’m looking forward to seeing how that turns out! |

| That was wrapped up quickly, but nicely done regardless. Annoyed that they keep trying to make it harder for Sakuta and Mai to have a relationship. Was the blonde girl at the end the idol that mentioned Mai on tv? I'm pretty sure anyway. Looks like a body swap may have happened from that after credits. |

| Truly a fantastic episode! Honestly, i prefer Futaba without glasses, she looks much cuter without them. Sakuta's comments as always on point xD The background picture on Futaba's phone made me smile, i really hope that they will start dating. I thought the next girl would be his first love, but it's a different girl. |

| A soft rejection from kunimi, but from futaba expression, I think she's ready for that too. At least she brave enough to confess it. Beside that, I think the other reason of her problem is her uncomfotable with her body, That's why she made that ero account. Short route, counting on the number of episode left, I think either next week's blonde girl (Nodoka) or Kaede will also got 2 episodes like Futaba. While Shouko might be appear here just for introduction before the movie. Oh, next episode is might be about body swap. Yeah, FtF Body Swap have different taste than MtF Body Swap that I always watch, but still interesting, waiting how Sakuta will handle this. nb: I've guessing what happen to Mai-senpai after that phone call, but that couple's respond is surprising me. | Anyone else feel that this is the first good episode in a while? Obviously the first 3 were the best, but Nao Touyama's character really soured the show for me. The only good thing about her entire arc is how it served to solidify Mai and Sakuta's unwavering trust and loyalty to each other. Episode 7 wasn't bad but the introduction of Shouko was out of place, and it felt like the only reason she appears is to maximize the number of girls hanging out at MC's house at the same time. The mild harem vibes were seriously laughable. Some people may say this episode is boring, but I really appreciate how it develops the platonic relationship between Sakuta and Futaba. Its really rare for teen romance drama to portray anything other than romantic relationships between opposite genders, and I feel the show handled it well. Except maybe the MC's dry suggestive jokes towards Futaba. Like geez, we get it. Sakuta is a fucking alpha that hits on girls even though hes clearly just joking and would never cheat on Mai. But hey, gotta show how damn smooth and confident the MC is around girls for maximum wish-fulfillment. |

| boring all their reactions and convos and niches and everything are too "perfect" to a point where it's just boring, unbelievable, flawed,bad on top of all the supernatural crap this anime is trying way too hard. It's like the creators thought "lets look at what's popular then try to improve it" and this came out. To me people that fanboy over this anime and end up liking it too much are people who are easily manipulated or just watch meta stuff and recommendations by friends and don't really have many animes watched and in general are not very bright |

| ANd yeah, another Amazing episode! I am kinda sad about Mai having to stay away from Sakuta for a while cause of her work, but i love how they work as a couple, when she refered that it was "their problem" and asked her opinion was really cute! And the moment that Sakuta wake up and Mai was there, his expression was priceless! And i want more screen time to Mai! :o I am glad that Futaba recovered her self confidence, and overcome her insecurity about losing her place in the world, their moments with Sakuta were really cool to watch, and was awesome to see how fast Kunimi showed up after Sakuta calling him to aid Futaba! Their moment in the beach was really cool! Their friendship is wonderful! Btw, it is always nice to see Futaba's cute way! Last part when Futaba got courage to confess to Kunimi, was a bittersweet moment! And i dont understand what Kunimi see in his girlfriend, always getting upset cause his friends! Kunimi please "Leave her once and for all"! Seems next episode we will meet other girl that is a Mai fan! |

| This anime is like the romance equivalent of Mahouka Koukou. Everything just goes smoothly, MC always knows the perfect solution and everybody surrounding him acts accordingly. There is never really something at stake. The supernatural twist has no rhyme or reason either. It started off so strong with the main couple finally being reasonable and natural in a way (almost unheard of as far as anime goes), but really it's just a picture perfect facade with no real substance behind it. I paused this episode for like 15 times and for me that's usually a sign of an anime being exceptionally boring. |

| yeah, that bittersweet conclusion felt just about right. as a side note, was getting really tired of anime always going with the harem route or the girls-don't-confess-so-they-still-have-a-chance trope. with koga and rio both confessing and getting rejected, that was very refreshing. also having rio futaba maintaining a non-romantic relationship with sakuta has also been refreshing (was getting tired of the trope of every female char being a love interest of mc). also, sakuta constantly telling mai that he loves her, and that they're already dating way before 100+ chapters pass like in a ridiculous amount of romance manga, is very nice. all in all, very refreshing. |

"Futaba is so tedious!" Well it is true that dealing with depressed people takes a lot of energy... Yep, called it. Futaba snapped. "If you say anything about you hating yourself, you being tedious, or you saying you don't belong here, I don't want to hear it." "Normally this is where people would say 'you can slowly work on liking yourself' or 'there are tons of good things about you'" "Saying all those positive things is so exhausting." THIS ANIME GETS IT! Hahaha! Yep, we got ourselves a Persona moment! Don't deny your shadow. Accept it! Pretty quick resolution, but it got everything that it needed to do. Even with only two episodes, Futaba's arc is the best of the three so far. Next episode we got ourselves a blond girl who is a sister to someone and looks to be pretty controlling. Let's see how Sakuta deals with her. |

| Good episode but it felt a bit rushed, although trying to make Vol 3 in 2 episodes a lot of scenes need to be cut. To someone who read the LN, how was the adaptation of this novel and do you guys think there is a chance that they put the kiss scene in another episode or they will just not cover it? |
| A decent way to end this arc, but something about it didn't work quite as well as the previous two arcs, even though I like Futaba as a character way more than I do Koga. I'm not sure if it's the pacing that was the issue, or if it was the fact that the episode didn't go the "standard" route this kind of thing goes, but it was definitely a little weird overall. |
| Have you ever had that feeling when you watch one scene in an anime and you are thinking inside your brain, "Fuck, that is exactly me", and you start thinking about what happened in your life that has led you up to today's you? Well, this episode really hits that spot, and that made me truly think that this show can be a contender for AOT. The reliability in this episode for many people would easily hit the bullseye, no doubt. How Futaba's issue of loneliness is shown in this episode, with the linking of social media attention and the feeling of your friends not caring about you anymore, is well planned and executed. It truly relates to many of us who can feel like Futaba and sometimes have those moments where we just long for someone who can care for us. Enjoyed this arc alot. Can't wait for the next arc to air :) |

| Okay the conclusion and everything was great. I love the relation Futaba and Sakuta has. She returns to normal after finding resolves. Great she could confess her feelings to Kunimi. Now we get to see Mai's little sister in television earlier in the episode. And from how the last 20 second looked like, I'm guessing next arc will center around body swap between Mai and her sister. Well let's see what happens. |

| I don't even feel bad for Futaba partly because she's a shallow character and I hate that and bcoz it's her own fault, plus from everyones POV the girlfriend is annoying and possesive but to Kunimi's POV that's some loyalty and just shows she genuinely loves him while Futaba confessed extremely late I don't get why people are so mad about the rejection, Kunimi has a girlfriend, if Futaba did some nasty things and make Kunimi and his girlfriend fight and break up, then I would've respected Futaba and root for her but no, she's obviously bound to get rejected coz he's taken, and it's kinda low to confess to him while she knows he was fighting with his girlfriend, I know she just wants closure but still, even if Kunimi went to what people wanted and be like "oh you like me, well wtf I'm breaking up with my gf coz you're my friend" that would've been the most stupid unrealistic unnatural shit ever TL;DR: she's in the friendzone the moment the three became friends bcoz of her own personality, even if Kunimi got a girlfriend way after the three became friends |
