| Not sure what to say, this anime is certainly going to be AT LEAST a 9/10 for sure, but I wasn't as happy with this episode as I was with the first one. Kind of felt like it was all over the place for a moment there... Maybe I'm just not aligning myself with what the main idea of each episode is really trying to aim at. Felt that it went from Takeshi and his school friends to some forest to ghost-hunt, to coming across a Dew-god, that people prayed too ... or was it Youkai? to reduce famine and drought in their land? To Takeshi listening to all his back story, to offering to even worship him before he disappeared due to the ... was it the black twin-tailed girl ... who died? The last person to have worshipped him. I found the writing was the hardest thing to keep up with lol. Not sure I'm use to this type of series, but it seems intriguing. The morale of the story at the end was that nothing matters except the one that cares from the heart. I found a lot of writing was just hard to perceive. Like the two types of Youkai, the ones that want the Book of Friends and the ones that want their name returned from the Book of Friends. Shouldn't it have been "Removed" from the Book of Friends. Wording like that misleads my perceptions lol. Other than that it's easily a Great Series so far! :D |

| Such a sweet episode. It reminded me of Hotarubi no Mori e . This episode made me rate the anime a 8/10. I would give it a 9 or 10 but the soundtrack (op & end) aren’t doing it for me YET. |

| great episode. loved the Youkai this time around. One thing i found really interesting (asides from the fact this main character runs away and likes to punch shit good like he was born for it) is that cat senpai is strangely letting the guy live? He was promised the book of friends when mc dies, yet the mc almost died like twice but cat senpai luckily saved his ass. Weird, but cat senpai is probably nicer then we think he is. No opening or ending theme for this anime? huh idm really the sound track is pretty nice, got a real soft spot when it comes to classical Japanese OSTs. |

| A generally good episode but I was frankly very disappointed by how nonchalantly and utterly inexplicably they showed Natsume's foster parents being perfectly able to see and interact with Madara. We have been repeatedly told that only Natsume, his grandmother and people like them can see yokai / ayakashi. Perhaps later it will be revealed that there is this small print under that rule : "Unless the yokai choose to be seen by others". As of episode 2 though nothing of the sort has been remotely suggested. Therefore that scene was a major fail, whether such a small print exists or not. |

| Tsuyukami will finally get to talk to Hana now:) I wanna know how did Reiko got her powers. Is it a by birth thing or did she train for it? Also I love how Natsume just throws Madara aside XD Wonder if there'll be some side plots alongside the main plot. |

| Beautiful episode with a bittersweet ending. Poor Tsuyukami. Well, at least he's with Hana now. :) Lol at Nyanko-sensei.That ending was priceless. |
