 Very very nice speakers with clarity that beats pretty much every headphone. When you set them up right and EQ them properly, listening to a set of legitimate speakers is uncomparable to anything else. They're better for music, better for movies, better for games, better for anime. What better way to hear that Kana Hanazawa's voice (or any voice/sound) than to feel it tickling your insides because the sound is projected with such clarity that it sounds like she's literally in the room speaking to you... Protips: 1: use legitimate speakers (preferably ones from around the 80's, and a proper amplifier, not pc speakers or home theater, cuz they're utter junk (second hand stores and sticking to japanese brands is easiest way to inexpensive success) 2: set up speakers facing a wall behind the listener, or in a confined room. 3: mess with the EQ one slider at a time and listening until you find the sweet spot for each one (it differs depending on the room) 4: you don't even have to listen to it loud (you can always sound-seal your door with weather strips or something), or you know, not live in your mother's basement. 5: orgasm because you may have just heard true sound for the first time in your life |

| Honestly I use both, but headphones a little more. I would do speakers but sometimes (laptop) the sound isn't that strong even at 100% so I have to go with headphones. Also, if an anime has some peculiar sounds (you know what I'm talking about), it's better to have them on because it may feel like your watching something else haha. |
