| It's pretty simple: people-- both women and men-- are busy, and have more going on in their lives than a single conversation. I often don't reply for hours or days at a time on Facebook, Skype, Tinder and the like, and sometimes I forget to do so altogether. Unless I'm really close with the person, or they have something pressing they need to talk about, I prioritise doing other stuff first. If that sort of behaviour bothers you, you should probably distance yourself from them a bit and think about your own hobbies or responsibilities. |

| Generally, the female friends I talk to like to type in paragraphs and generally I don't want to read it so I postpone it for a different time period. At that point they pretty much text you back in 30 seconds or more. Or sometimes they just text back 3 word replies and expect a substantial response to that. Then they'll text you back in 3 days. Not really any safe middle. In short, women are weird. |

But like people have said here there's so much other stuff to do and I like my alone time too and don't feel like having any uninteresting chats during. Without letting out the fact that I was reeeeeally into her too, I tried to explain her that I didn't answer because I was busy studying or practicing or exercising outside, and that only led to some kind of "so you are saying I'm not busy too?! I AM BUSY TOO YOU KNOW" and it all went downhill from there lol |

| The too busy to reply excuse doesn't fly with me. If a woman keeps me waiting for days, I'll keep her waiting a lifetime. Gotta find people more worthy of your time. 5-10 minutes is normal. Sometimes people can't think of things to say, but making you wait that long in the middle of a conversation is a bit rude. |
