| O_O No words. This episode was so nerve-wracking, imagine being used to being nearly all-powerful and then being reduced to mere prey. So horrifying. |
| Creepy. So another Fiend for the first time in however many years that it's been since the last one. I'm a little confused why they didn't use their Cantus to run away though. Given that we've seen how they can float with it, surely they'd all have been able to fly the fuck away before they got slaughtered? Even had they not learned how to fly (but who wouldn't wanna fly?) then could just power their feet to take giant leaps / strides to get away faster. Either way, it was a somewhat more tense episode. It had kinda lost the creepy factor since the early episodes. |

| So aside from the Queerat Rebellion, a Fiend had come but if every one is accounted for in the villages then it's a human from outside the barrier. The only ones we explicitly know outside the barrier but currently know nothing of status are those two, so... crap. >_< |

| Great episode. I find it funny so many people keep avoiding the obvious, Maria is not dead! Guys, Saki already gave us many hints before that Maria would kill many people, she is the fiend. I m reading this thread and thinking people must be really dumb... even the ED is hinting to Maria, seriously... Wintovisky said: It's either Maria, Mamoru (hence "he" in the Portuguese translation) or their child. Some people seem to forget that in the end of episode 2 or 3 it's said that if it wasn't for MARIA many people would've been saved. Like finally, someone is using his brains. Thank you sir. | Just when I was wondering why that many people said it gets awesome after episode 16/17, here it is xD *wham episode* And I even liked episodes up to 15-16 (and thought 17 and 18 were a bit boring). But this...kept me on the edge of a seat xD 6/5 |

| Night of O. Ep 19. Plot: Saki and Satoru team up with a small group to investigate a hospital. It all goes to hell as the group and survivors are picked off one by one by queer rats and...that which should not be allowed. Saki and Satoru are all that remained...but they are being followed. Character: Satoru has been killing it these eps. That battle knowledge is comin in handy here. Kinda wish Saki would show off more too. And holy shit was that O terrifying. Animation/sound: The lack of ost and slow footsteps enhance the creep factor. Those last five minutes were terrifying to watch unfold. 5/5. They got 99 problems and the Ogre is a Big One. |

| Oh dang, this episode was really suspenseful. The Fiend is probably the one helping out the queerats ... though how they got to cooperate is beyond me. Maybe she's Maria and Mamoru's child? That would be why they weren't found by the Board and they could have tried to teach her how to use Cantus. Although I'm not entirely sure if that would have worked without mantras and stuff? Either way the tension in this episode was great, I wanted to shout at them all just to leave already!!! We don't know why those three were left alive, but judging from the preview the villages are gonna get destroyed next episode >_< |
| It's kind of fun. Would be more fun if I cared about the characters, but violence with detailed animation can be entertaining on its own, I guess. |

| Heh, I thought that leader was a scaredy cat but turns out in the end he sacrificed his life. Seems the queerats got the upperhand here. Seems Saki forgot that there's a death feedback. I wonder why they didn't just unleash the Copycat to help in this, or a Blowdog would be better but it's a question whether they can control it or not. |

| Holy shit, this episode was the creepiest and most horrifying of all. I couldn't stop shivering even after it ended. It was really a bad idea to see this in the dark in the middle of the night with a storm outside, but I still loved every minute of it. Satoru was impressive here, very smart and useful. And dat cliffhanger at the end. |
