| Absolutely adorable equator festival, especially the rap section or whatever it was. See normally I'd be all over cute girls doing cute things stuff like that, but as I keep repeating Moka still being captured cut the enjoyment down for me considerably. :( That one aspect keeps this a 6/7 out of 10 show instead of 7/8 out of 10 for me, a real shame. :( |

Just as expected from a bunch of teenage girl that gather in one place and then one of them starting to talk about Romance. Comparing with her suit and her act at the stage, Rin-chan in Miko suit is really the most cute. >_< |

| Kinda looked like a filler but it was ok. Seems the girls had some fun in the midst of the chaos. But next week they will have to go hunting ships again and hopefully everything will turn out alright. |

| Was a really nice episode and I enjoyed the atmosphere when the festival kicked off properly but I was hoping for a bit of the Musashi. I assume next weeks episode will be heavily Musashi based and I'm really looking forward to it. Also I hope the people who accidentally released the rats get some sort of punishment as even if they didn't release them on purpose, they have caused a pretty massive problem even if nothing too terrible has happened much. |

| Someone made an interesting comment mentioning how there was a possibility that some of the crew's skills that were showcased in this ep may play into next ep as something like a Chekhov's gun or something. I can see Kuro's throwing skills coming into play if they have to raid another ship, but I'd be interested to see how other people's skills would be used next ep if this does in fact happen. Glad Kuro sort of accepts Misaki now, it was getting hard to watch her hate on her all the time. Seems like one of those easygoing episodes to really emphasize a sudden change in atmosphere, maybe a more serious ep next time? Also it was interesting how they contrasted the seemingly superficial sense of happiness with Misaki. She did seem satisfied but not completely, as can be seen at the end of the ep when it goes from everyone being happy to Misaki standing alone, looking worried, then cutting out suddenly to the episode's title "Happy at the Equator Festival!". I can see Shrio-chan probably comforting or helping Misaki cope with this next ep. |

| WUTTTT?!?! 12 episode and this episode is a filler ? xD cause it's not only Musashi who got attacked by those rats. well, it's not like i'm freaking mad as fuck right now but......i was hoping for 2 cour xD well, whatever.... overall, it was a funny episode overall especially that rap scene xD that scene is the best comedy scene ever from this anime xD really funny imo, especially when the girl tried to answer the confession to the boy by her phone but instead she was the one who got rejected even tho the boy was the one who confessed to her.....that was freaking cruel man.....#savage Maron is a funny character imo and she is one of my fav character from this anime. not only funny, the way she talks is funny too. similiar to an old man xD 2 episode more, and obviously, they will save Musashi and the crews inside of it in those next last two episode xD looking foward to it xD |

| After that dangerous mission to rescue Spee and the repairs are taking long, The girls do need some fun time. It was a good time to know the rest of the girls. Like Koko getting attached to Shiro after Mi-chan left, Kaede being a master watermelon splitter but bad at sumo, one of the cooking officer got rejected, and our genius medical officer is 12 years old...wat? What a fun episode. But Misaki with her glasses and moustache disguise made me cringe. |

| Overall, the episode was cute and funny. Narrative is a little different from the usual episodes dedicated to the school festival, and so can not be boring or with the taste of déjà vu from connotations. I wish there was more often the interaction of all the characters of the cast, some remain in the shadows too often. The drawings are great, ditto the animations. |

| Best festival episode I have seen in anime. "CAPTAIN, CAPTAIN SOMETHING IS WRONG THE CHIEF ENGINEER." "What?!" "She's pouting!" I just died of cuteness right there. Misaki doing her weird dance with the glasses and nose, artillery crew doing impressions of guns, lmao, the rap that leads to one of the cooking girls getting rejected, the sumo wrestling where Misaki gets completely destroyed. This episode was hilarious to the very end. I love this show so much it might be the first one that'll I'll rewatch after it's all over. It has the perfect blend of comedy, action, cuteness, and story that moves everything forward. Even if it's not a very complex story at least this isn't just a mindless cute girls doing cute things. I will be devastated if there isn't at least a season 2. Definitely an hugely underrated and overlooked anime from the 2016 Winter season. |

| It's new to me that near the equator has low wind to sail. Somehow it reminds me of Grand Line. Of course I can't call this fun festival episode as filler, as the story still go on anyway and some intense characters development happened too. | I heard "Equater Festival" and immediately knew this was filler. Nice episode and a well deserved break for the girls considering all the challenges they face. But when I heard they were doing a rap, I got scared. It was kind of painful to watch, and it was kind of weird, but I expect that from Japanese shows. Still enjoyable though. Captain got wrecked in that sumo competition. Now it's time for them to save the captain's friend in the final 2 episodes. |
