| I don't think I would understand the reasoning. Miyazaki makes really good movies usually intended for kids (on a japanese standard so more blood and death) but well made so adults can get into them. SAO you pretty much need to be old enough to be into MMO games, turn your brain off of how a MMO normally goes, get used to the small random fan service moments and then hold the power button on your brain until you get a black screen so you can get through the second part. Trust what people say, SAO is not well crafted in even the most generous definition and I doubt a God of anime movies, who pretty much ran one of the most popular studios that did so, would give it a honest thumbs up. |
