| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Finally, about time they focus more on the Erza/Kyoka feud. This thing has been going around awhile now for the arc so they are taking time to finish it up. Had a bad feeling with what Natsu felt and welp, it's a familiar dragon. I'd say it's about time he makes another appearance again. Not a pleasant sight for FT to see but Acnologia looks amazing still. Natsu's adorable as a kid~ |

| The Erza vs Minerva was so meh :/ Everything else was phenomenal. Acnologia/Igneel returns. Still can't believed they spoiled it in the opening. Not sure what is scarier. Acnonlogia returning or an army of Lammys... Can't wait for Igneel vs Acnologia! |

| The ending of this episode really hit me. Knowing how much Natsu has been longing to see Igneel and to finally come face to face with him after so long. Lucy could definitely see the emotion in Natsu's face at the end there. Great episode. |

| being the thick-headed person i am, i most certainly did not predict igneel to be inside natsu until 10 minutes before the "shocking" ah-hah moment! thanks a lot A-1 for making this ep completely heart-pounding and dynamic! i was totally hooked! But really, I wish fairy tail was a better-budgeted or animated show overall so that it's less of a typical shounen with drawn-out reaction scenes, etc. then, i'd actually be able to enjoy that igneel revelation without feeling like i'm waiting for a turtle to cross the road :/ but whatever, what's done is done |

Acnologia isn't Zeref's disciple, if you're a manga reader you should know that. |
| Does the clone invasion mean Warren, Droy, and Jet now have the possibility of getting a girlfriend? That aside, this was clearly a tension building episode. One might think that all the dragons will now reappear, since they all disappeared on the same day as I recall (which coincidentally was the day Lucy's mother died). Of course it's a lot of episodes ago that all this was talked about, but it's good to see Igneel show up after Natsu has spent so long trying to find out what happened to him. |

| The animation was horrible... The only reason I'm rating this episode 5/5 is that Acnologia and Igneed finally showed up. I'm really looking forward for the next ep, the awesome fight between dragons and all those upcoming feels, are waiting for me!! |

| That episode was fucking epic. From Papa Acnologia's entrance to Igneel appearance at the end of the episode. Ladies and gentleman, we have finally reach into the most epic part of the arc. Those feels at the end, though ;_; 10/10, based A1 Pictures strikes again. |
