If you know that an anime is censored do you still watch it or wait for the uncensored version? (NSFW)
| BDs don't have censorship if you happen to not know, you probably do though. It may be the most reliable source if you really want the uncensored version, but waiting for just two episodes may make you impatient. Uncensored versions can also be find elsewhere (I think NicoNico streams uncensored, not sure). It may sound like a silly question but censorship has been pretty aggressive as of late (IMO anyways). Here are some examples, please be aware of spoilers. I'm not posting the worst ones, I'm merely providing examples, click any of the photos to see the source if you wish. | I wait for Uncensored while informing myself it it poops up from somewhere i have my ways anyway if it exist i cant miss it . Another Good example would be Shinmai Maō no Tesutament. Why because why would i bother myself to watch butchered version of someting? + Watching someting twice from beginning in short period of time is not good. It gets worse when others who read source first be it VN,LN, or Manga start calling someting butchered anyway, so you end up with butchered version of already butchered thing, that is humiliating. |

| Watch it even if it is censored, and won't rewatch again for the uncensored version. Doesn't make any differences for me. As for the likes of DxD or Shinmai Maou I prefer them censored. |

| I don't have time to wait over 6 months just to watch the uncensored version of something. I watch Shinmai Maou censored and just watched some uncensored clips afterwards. Also Akame ga Kill! was only censored on Japanese TV and they released an uncensored version on Nico Nico which the west also got so I don't think anybody here has watched it censored. |

To love ru darkness 2nd is too heavily censored for me to watch at the moment, plus it a little over the top with ecchi which makes censorship worse, and shinmai maou testement, that was a horrid censorship |
| I don't really like watching anything censored. I always prefer to watch things how they were originally intended to be. Makes me feel like I've gotten the full experience out of it. |

| It depends on the type of censoring. I don't really care that a ray of light, some steam or a random object blocks a pantyshot or a nude character. I don't watch anime for those thing in the first place and more importantly I know what they censor, which is for me often a problem with gore censorship. I don't need gore and I don't care if they remove blood fountains or something, but it really annoys me when I can't tell what the fck is going on. So black screens are a big no for me. The other times that I'll consider waiting for the uncensored version is when the show uses a lot of sexual humor that loses a lot of its funniness when you can't see the sexual content. |

| I only bother to wait for uncensored for insane censorship like Terra Formars. Their are times that I do that as well on ecchi anime like To Love-ru but I will only watch those once all of the episodes are subbed for uncensored but other than that, theirs no real need of waiting them beside downloading them for rewatching the anime in later time. |

| Sometimes I do, and sometimes I don't. In terms of Ecchi or Gore, i tend to wait for uncensored versions. If its something that has censorship here and there i'll still watch it. But it rally matters. |

| The odds of something that airs censored ever being worth (even once uncensored) watching is quite low. The exception being To Love-Ru, since it's the only explicit-nudity ecchi show I know of with artists who have anatomy knowledge and taste. |

| I watched Shinmai Maou no Testament as it aired (censored). I won't make that mistake with the 2nd season. Sometimes censoring doesn't bother me and can actually be done well (Vividred Operation), but usually it's just annoying and distracting. If I know beforehand how bad the censoring is, I'll probably just wait it out. |
