I truly regret watching Deadman Wonderland. I think the show had a lot of potential in exploring a lot of the dark things but in the end it just ended up being violenceporn and I really did not appreciate that.

I also somewhat regret watching Witchblade. well, I almost regret it. I think the little girls character and the mother/daughter relationship redeemed the show just enough to keep it out of the trash. It was too slow, It did not really teach you much, the action was mediocre and didnt happen nearly often enough, and the fanservice ended up being disrespectful to the main themes of the show about family and just kinda contradicted itself. But again, the little girl stole the show and that helped it out in the end.

I regretted watching Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka.The plot is very horrible and the characters are boring as hell.I still force myself to watch it hoping that it will get better in every episode to come but I were literally wrong and wasted my time on a completely boring anime.

Anime I regret watching...

11eyes - Because.. I kinda liked it. Okay, I didn't go "OH SHIT! THIS IS AMAZING!! GET MY FRIENDS TO WATCH THIS NOW!!! *points at pet cat who looks back like "u wot m8"*" (I did that with Gakkou Gurashi) I watched it and went "that was good. Might recommend it" but many people thought it was worse than cancer because of

Classroom Crisis - Calling it now, this will be the new glasslip.

Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
Had to force myself to finish it. Incredibly predictable. Uses time skip to completely change characters. Ridiculous action sequences for an anime with no supernatural elements. Horrible character motivations. I mean, I could go on and on and on.

I REALLY forced my way through Samurai Deeper Kyo. It was repetitive, cliched and bland. I honestly don't know why I didn't drop it.

I don't regret anything I've watched, but the closest one would be Danmachi. I was following it last season, and I was just forcing myself to watch it.

Proooobably none, but D.C. series made me feel sooo tired while watching it. It was such a trouble to complete Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu and Yamato Nadeshiko as well, even though they were supposed to be such a good shounen/shoujo series... Took months to finish both.

WATAMOTE! Definitely. I thought the end would be cute or something, but nope. The anime in general was pretty good but the end made me want to cry at how bad it was. Totally regretting spending 3 days of my life watching this anime.

For me it would have to be Bleach. The first 50 episodes were pretty good but the show just collapsed after that. I spent way too much time hoping that it would get better again. It didn't.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann
Mirai Nikki
Soul Eater
Clannad (both seasons)

That is a lot of my life that I will never get back, when I could've instead been watching something I enjoyed. I kept waiting for them to get better because they're so popular, and they didn't.

No TV anime series come to mind, maybe some pointless specials or ovas.

I'd say if I found myself regretting watching it while actually watching it, I would have probably dropped it before I even bothered to finish it.

I hated Tokyo Ghoul Root A , they somehow managed to take everything that was great about the first season and throw it away. They made the somewhat likeable Kaneki into a superpowered Shinji and Touka into a generic tsundere.Uhhh...

The only anime I really regret finishing are the really great ones, where I can't stop watching because of how good they are. I then sink into despair following their completion as the magnitude of the fact that there is no more left to enjoy dawns upon me.

Lmfao this. Except maybe the Owari no Seraph anime too, since it ruined parts of the manga for me.

I regret watching Glasslip. I dont even understand what it was trying to accomplish.

The story is never fully explained and the characters to me were so bland and boring that I'm surprised I sat through all of it.

Dusk Maiden of Amnesia. Someone suggested it and I thought it was going to be a horror, not a romance. I thought maybe it would get better or she'd at least go away in the end.

I've slogged through a number of anime series just because when I've already invested a few episodes trying them out, and I see it's only 12-13 episodes, I just say screw it, maybe it'll get better and I just watching continue.

The series I regret watching:

Shiki
Clannad
Another
Btoom!
The Devil is a part-timer
Spice and Wolf
White Album 2
Accel World
Noragami

All of these were, in my opinion, mind-numbingly boring and so not worth any of the hype that some of them receive.

Attack on Titan. It sucks. People talked as it it was the best thing every but it just showed middle finger to the general audience. I never should've seen it in the first place.

Ah well, I hope 2nd season will be better than the 1st one

Is it that bad? Not to mention a AoT clone is coming this season. U sure u gonna be okay? XD

Elfen Lied wasn't all that bad. SOA on the other hand, was terrible after a couple of episodes it takes a sudden turn to romance and that was when i knew that the damn anime wasn't for me.

OP: Fairy Tail. Mediocre, if not upright terrible character development. When i first started watching it, i was super-hyped for it because of so many people saying i should start watching it, but sadly i was highly disappointed by it. If you were to remove several characters from the show, no one would care at all because of how under developed and straight up boring some of the characters are with little to no progression since their debut. Although i say this, there are some characters who are well developed but just a handful at best.

CD is essential for a long running show such as FT. But sadly it does the worst job at it.

Chance Pop Session.

The ending sucked and now i'm salty about it smh.

I can't take any show seriously now thanks to this show, the start was good but the ending was rushed. It needs a second season so I can stop being salty about it. [Which I doubt a S2 could be made since it didn't sell well.]

I haven't really regretted anything that I've watched to completion. You had to start somewhere and back then you just watched what ever was going on at the time or what you managed to pick up. Most of the stuff that I do dislike are in drop list. There's various reason as to why I dropped them because they're all different to some extent (minus the ones that are reverse-harems that my friend wanted me to watch but couldn't stomach myself to watch them).

When I actually think of it, I don't think there is anything I utterly regret completing.

With that said though, I'll throw 'Another' out there as a title. If I hadn't bothered starting it to begin with, I doubt I would have been as disappointed or upset.
But I do love this medium, and I don't ever wish that I actually dropped something. Typically, if that happens, it's usually that I wish I didn't bother watching it to begin with.

Personally, I believe you always gain something with any anime you watch and/or complete. Even if the anime is awful, at least you gain some salt to discuss in the forums when you finish it. I believe this with all the animes I have watched...

...except with Blade and Soul. It was so boring, stupid and with dumb twists (plus the series was really overlooked in the forums) I don't know how I managed to watch that. It's was just another step in my path to add more anime to my list, really.

Recently, Glasslip. So ungodly crappy & attempted pretentious, you can hear the fucking staff yelling "INTERPRET ME, ASK ME WHAT IT MEANS, ASK ME WHAT IT MEANS!!!!"

A part of me slightly died. A cluster of my braincells were lost. Even what are considered to be the "worst" SoL shows by MAL nowhere near outrank Glasslip in terms of complete shittiness.

Nothing progresses, characters remain stale and whiny, plot is foregone in favor of still frames and redundancy.

Definitely Aldnoah.Zero. If I knew the latter half would be a total train wreck, I would've been fine in telling myself that the mid-season finale was the true ending. I don't like ambiguous endings, but I'd rather have that than the garbage I had to go through for 12 more episodes.

Seriously though, it's such a shame that a show with potential went to waste.
