Hilarious episode XD I love their sacrifices, especially Tokiwa's lol. Poor Hachiken being dragged into it all and witnessing the harvester that he wasn't even that interested in. What an adventure.

This was a fun episode. No need for much development, it was just a couple of boys getting into some hilarious trouble... almost all for nothing haha

Really funny episode hahaha.

Loved how they acted like it was all life or death situation XD And poor Hachi being dragged like that lol

Lol'd at the signs..."Stay still, Someone's taking a crap" hahaha XD

And with the camera's "Do they not trust their students" XD

The sacrifices were hilarious and Beppo was BA!

Tamako's family buying it was lol...all that for nothing XD

Can you believe this story was done by author of Fullmetal Alchemist?!
I can't stopping thinking about FMA when I watching it!
And this episode!

Serious mission is serious! xD

Really, I don't thought this series can be so good and funny! xD

Hilarious episode. Arakawa really loves battle shonen! This was a great parody, I especially liked the dakimura gag.

Also, that ending song is really catchy.

But it was a really gigantic self-propelled harvester...who wouldn't risk their all for the opportunity to see that? I can remember farm kids in junior high comparing the size and capabilities of their families' combines (harvesters) over lunch. Such things are really important in a farming community. Since I was a townie and our family farm was pretty small (only about 130 hectares--320 acres) I wasn't nearly as invested in agricultural equipment as they were...

Poor Hachiken, having to get involved in all of that lol. They all made some noble sacrifices, especially Tokiwa xD. This was a pretty good episode, and that beatdown on the thief was gold lol.

It was a good episode, far from a bad episode, but I don't think there was much character development for Hachiken, but more for Inada, Beppu, and Hajime. I can understand why multi-million yen equipment is important to those who are from a farming family, as it is a large investment, as well as a status symbol. Who was the maker of it again? International? John Deere? another manufacturer?

total comedy from beginning to end - loved it :3 although poor hachiken - always getting dragged into things without knowing what's going on (even though everyone else does XD)
i didn't really mind that it wasn't a big character development ep this week - it was just fun to watch :)

Probably because it was one of the few standalone chapter for the manga that had no relation to the other arcs. They probably decided to adapt it so they can just plow through the important story arc, which I believe the next one is Hachiken's summer job at Mikage's farm. But yah I agree it was a little wierd seeing it now this early, maybe it would've been better as the 1st episode of the 2nd season or something.

Episode was really funny i'll give it that, but was pretty much one of those filler but not really a filler episodes. Nothing happened story wise this episode which was pretty lame, but I still enjoyed watching.

Such a what-the episode.
Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances.
He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter.
Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga.
Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month.
Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel.
The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck.

Also, Aikawa catching that thief surprised me as much as it surprised Hachiken, it was pretty cool

They changes the story a bit compared to the manga. I remember Tamako didn't want to take part in the plant. And at the end of the chapter, she revealed that her family already own the harvester that shock the boys. Not sure why studio changes it.

The adaptation did shift a few ideas forward too.

Girls bathroom talk didn't exist till abit later... Also the explaination of the Silver Spoon didn't happen till much later.

So damn hot-blooded, like completely opposite of last week's harmonious mood. In a good way, of course. And apparently, harvesters are very serious business.
