| Amazing episode it was great to see that wacky detective and pink haired girl again :p also funny the search for her mother... the scene in the airport was just amazing, although that epilogue was rather strange what's up with Suou being dead and her mother mistaking her for Shion? Good episode though lets hope there's an explanation to that epilogue next! |

| Finally he shaved and got a haircut ;_; I missed his non=hobo look from first season. And aww, Misaki does miss Hei. I like how she shouted, "Li-kun!" I was not expecting the mother to call Suou "Shion" o_o uhh awkward. |

| HEI IS BACK and owning contractors even though he's lost his powers. This is the first episode this season where things are actually interesting and good. It was a long wait for the good old Darker than Black but it was worth it! Way to go lady, forgetting your own daughter's name. Also, there were hover cars in the ep! Is this the first time they're popping up? It was the first time I've noticed them. JonathanDC said: I'm not very sure either but I think they were lovers or husband and wife. I think they're part of a creation myth and one is like a death god and the other the giver of lifeAlso, clarification required: Isn't Izanami/Izanagi a japanese myth involving two relatives or something, and the male, (Izanagi I want to say) went into the underworld to rescue his sister Izanami? Did they refer to Shion as Izanagi and Yin is Izanami... so... I'm confused. Odds are I'm misunderstanding and am applying the names to the wrong people or remembered the myth wrong. If possible, could someone enlighten me? |

I don't know why I found that funny but I did. All funny business aside I'm going to guess that Madam may actually be Amber. | OMG YES!!!!!! Hei finally went back to his old look. Just took him 9 episodes... And finally he's got his clothes back. I was scared he'd eat a bullet without that coat but I suppose he fast enough to dodge these anyway if we go by the first season. That aside did they really have to get that detective involved again... Like there wouldn't have been better ways for the writers to progress the story >.> oh even better. Apparently Hei even got his fighting skills back. So far it has been rather disappointing after he lost his abilities. Not this time though. |

| That plot twist with Suou was so fucking cheesy at the end lmao. At least Hei looks like season 1 Hei again and while powerless still looks dope while in combat mode... I guess. After 1 good episode at the start, this show's really becoming a shitshow and is imploding a bit with not resolving the interesting ideas and potential it could have had at the start and just forcing stupid twists and overstuffing ideas down our throats with what's happening. The world building and storyline in general's a real failure and it's crashing down now. |
| Yay, S1 Chad Hei is back. I'll admit the detective and his assistant aren't my favourite characters but they do occasionally have their moments. Also, can we get an F in the chat for Suou. First her mom calls her Shion and then tells she's been dead for 8 years. Poor girl. |

Well, it's to be expected since every episode has this after-credits scene but still. OMG IS THIS WHAT IS HAPPENING! But I gotta say, I loved Hei again, finally we got the old and best hei back!! Now if only he had his powers back. |

| Hei is still very competent even with no powers. Skills pay the bills. Gai and Kiko are back too. Sure they aren't really important to the narrative, but they do make for some nice moments. One of the few interactions Suou has had with people who aren't involved in some deep plot or agenda. |
