Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Hehe, this feels like my first time actually posting on here. Big yuri fan here, and I'd just like to say this anime looks really nice in terms of its art and I'm curious about the story. Lesbian assassins (yay yuri version of Battle Royale and Mirai Nikki that doesn't suck like Mai-HiME XD) sound good to me. The only peeve of mine is the fact that I'm not familiar with the author's work since I never bothered reading/watching Loveless. I don't like shonen ai very much and when I read the plot there was a shotacon warning popping up for me and my friend said it was a little too creepy for her, a yaoi tard even. Though it did have a nice lesbian couple, and I won't lie to myself that Yamato and Kouta look hot in art I've seen of them if not also rather angsty. Either way, I suppose that Yun Koga and that other guy know what they're doing and won't screw this up. Perhaps I should read what's been released of the manga and see every other yuri that came out before in the next five months lol (I still haven't seen Nanoha, Simoun, Sasameki and Aoi Hana since they were the last 'true yuri' to come out back in the day, and my only experience with 'true' yuri outside of Kannazuki no Miko, Utena, Re: Cutie Honey, Mnemosyne, Candy Boy and Yuru Yuri etc. is sparse...hell, those shows don't even fully count as yuri because of the mecha/magical girls/psychology/other batshit stuff/fanservice/cyberpunk guro/fluff but don't see next step in relationship/cute lesbians acting blatantly lesbian according to the experts XD). Pfft, as long as I get my lesbians I'm HAPPY dammit! So yeah, this and Sakura Trick should make 2014 a good year for yuri. Here's to hoping season 3 of Yuru Yuri and the new Sailor Moon anime gives us good stuff. I'm also looking into Coppellion and Kill la Kill coming out this October, hoping they'll have some good stuff between the girls too. :3 |
