The point is that she's so distraught that she wastes all the rest of her gas and doesn't even notice until it's too late. Just because she's a fighter doesn't mean she has to be completely empty headed and have no thoughts other than RAAGEEE RIP AND TEAR. This is the same way it played out in the manga, too.  |

| What an episode. That titan slaying titan was badass as hell. He punched the head of another titan so hard it fly off! I think I have an idea who that titan really is but I'll keep it to myself. |

| That rage titan looks awesome, The colossal, armoured and him have really good design and don't look like derps like the rest of the titans, but I guess that's probably for good reason. |

| I just love how this show nail the facial expression, the feel, the ost. The special effects that weren't in the manga were also very nice. Definitely the BEST anime adaptation for this year up til now. The Kyojin's fights will get more and more epic! |

I think this interpretation probably makes the most sense, since at that point she was basically staring at her own imminent death. |

| First half seemed too boring with all that dialogue while doing nothing at the same time, but yep, that Titan that kills Titans was definitely interesting, I might have an idea on why this is the case. (None cares ;<) Things can definitely get interesting with Titans like those though, or it can get worse; who knows? Either ways series is getting a bit more interesting now and I'm caught up finally, hopefully it'll surpass my expectations which is on average, it has potential |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

Personally, I will only ever rate based on whether I enjoyed a show or not. Sometimes so called artistic value comes into play in this and sometimes it doesn't. For instance, there are cases where a show wasn't totally unenjoyable but I gave it a low score because certain aspects were badly done and in that particular case it annoyed me. At the same time, there are shows I've rated higher even though I can acknowledge that some part of them is badly done and it just didn't bother me. When it comes to trying to rate something "objectively" or based on artistic merit, if I wanted to make that kind of assessment of a show I feel like it's a gross oversimplification to try and express it as a ?/10 score and it would be better to write something about it. Although in that case if I had to score a review I'd want to give it a different score there than whatever score I gave it based on my own superficial enjoyment. When it comes down to it there are things that could be considered "bad" that many of us still probably enjoy seeing just because they're fun or cool. At the end of the day I only put stuff on my list and rate it so that down the road when I'm bored and a show I haven't seen in years pops into my head, I can find it easily and get a good idea of whether I'd want to watch it again or not. |

| I'm not sure if this will be the anime of the year yet since we've still got Monogatari Second Season incoming, but it should definitely be the anime of the season. This episode surpassed my expectations with its brilliant OST and animation. It makes the already great scenes in the manga even better. 5/5 for the episode. |
