| I wonder where this whole story is going. It's a bit stale. Kinda hoping he'll eventually break again, and start doing the things he ended up doing before the timeskip. Also, Nakamura's backstory is still quite unclear, waiting for her to make a comeback whenever its appropriate. |

| Mangafox and Mangareader are not the only manga sites nor the best ones... I read the chapter on batoto and had no problem. Anyway good chapter, not much action but we got some development. I bet that if only Kasuga had picked up his phone back then, Tokiwa would have broken up with Kouji. She is definitely in love with Kasuga. Good thing the author doesn't try to make Kouji the bad guy. |

| I was disappointed that she got back together with that creep of a boyfriend. edit Well I was sort of disappointed that she didn't break up with her boyfriend at first, but then he doesn't seem to be that bad a guy again, that guy sort of is nice and then a jerk but not bad enough to dump I guess, even though she really doesn't have much in common with him. The mc is sort of trying to act normal but he still comes off as creepy and depressive. In psychological terms he has a flat affect which is often seen in long depression or ptsd. |

| Tokiwa's boyfriend seems to be really 'fake'. I can't take his good-natured personality seriously; I bet you he has a darker side to him. I hoped that Tokiwa would just go out with Kasuga. Now Kasuga feels nothing more than a shit-eater again... Man his life really sucks. I sense some real shit coming in the next few chapters. |

| Well there are chances that Tokiwa will eventually stay with Kouji and not develop anything further on the Kasuga side since he is not the center of the world and in the last chapter I think there was somehow a feeling of him being too late. But I doubt that it will be like that. Tokiwa wasn't going to break up out of a whim, finding someone to be boring is a serious matter. And she has great chemistry with Kasuga. So since something will definitely happen anyway, there is no need to rush anything, in fact it's a lot better this way if Kouji is a good guy, because it means that Kasuga will either get a reliable male friend (if he doesn't steal Tokiwa in the end) or have a far more interesting clash with him (it won't be good guy vs bad guy). What remains to be seen is how Kasuga won't run away anymore or at least will try not to. He will probably get back Saeki's esteem but I have a feeling that it won't go smoothly and that he will end up hurting himself/the others whatever he does. |
| Nothing happened at all , besides the boyfriend making up with him. Or so called making up, we have seen him show two faces before, especially during the first time they met. |
| This is kind of my thoughts on these last few chapters and where author is going. This entire situation subtly reminds me of the beginning of the manga a little. We now have a new love triangle. With different characters in the roles Tokiwa is like kasuga she is hiding her loving of reading from all her friends and bf kind of like how kasuga was hiding his perverted nature at beginning of the chapter. She is now confused like kasuga was between saeki and nakamura Kasuaga is like Nakamura now who is sort of the loner is encouraging Tokiwa to not only read more but write as well. Kind of like what Nakamura was doing to him. Basically do what makes you happy at time. kouji is the new saeki the popular guy (based on how those gossip girls were talking at beginning of ch 43) who is obsessed/loves Tokiwa. Something he says in chap 43 bothered me alot when they were talking he says if they were a normal couple they would have broken up already. She still has not told him whats in her room she won't let any1 else see except kasuaga. He seems to not care anymore his apology was not sincere but just doesn't seem to care he just wants her. It reminds of saeki how just didn't seem to care about the stuff kasuaga was doing. When Tokiwa decides to break up kouji thats when shit is going to be going down. Bet the author will bring back either saeki or nakamura to complicate things even more. |
| Yeah I get bad vibes from Kouji. Like he's gonna eventually hurt Kasuga somehow but maybe that's cause nobody seems stable in this manga. Anyways the story has been kind of stale so far with his new life. I started reading Aku no Hana for the twisted femdom relationship with Nakamura and without her I'm kind of bored. Though I'm betting Saeki didn't just return to say a few mean things to him I think it's gonna be rape time pretty soon. Either way I want more fucked up psychological train wrecks and happenings of that sort. And more Nakamura please! |

| I don't get why everyone dislike Kouji so much. I agree that I too get bad vibes and especially I feel that he has a "fake" quality to him. But, to be honest, in comparison to the other characters in the story, his worst crime is just as Aya stated....he's boring lol. I actually like Saeki so far in the new story. She was just blunt and malicious. I really felt sorry for her in the last arc so I feel Kasuga totally deserves everything he's getting and more. I honestly hope she wins out in the end and become the one to wreck Kasuga's life. Maybe in the same style as School Days lol |

| After watching the first ep of the anime and being disappointed i thought i should give the manga a try. Holy shit im fucking hooked. It took me like two hours to read all 43 chapters. This manga is AMAZING! (well for me it is) I need MORE!!!! Anyone know when the next chapter is coming out? |

| I guess the anime is actually promoting the original version in its own way, so it may not be that bad of a bet. I see people everywhere saying how poorly done the adaptation is so they check the manga out just to see where does it come from. Anyone know when the next chapter is coming out? The 9th. |

| It may be slow, but it's still interesting. Put it this way, calm before the shitstorm. Give it a chapter or two and in the middle of the next volume, shit's gonna hit the fan once again. Pretty interesting manga. Caught up with it in just one day. Wasn't expecting it to be this addicting. Depending on various circumstances, I might actually buy the English volumes. |

| Those girls backstabbing Aya while she was away. Nasty. There's some mental conflict reflected in Takao's eyes. Something is beginning to snap inside of him, now that his personality is returning to how it was. Without Sawa around, he changes very slowly. Thus all the slow chapters we've had since the time skip. Also, it's unbelievable how tame this manga has become compared to the madness in the earlier chapters. Similar to the theory from last page, I'd find it interesting "the cycle" repeats again this time with Takao taking Sawa's role in influencing Aya's life. It does have that kind of feel, though he's certainly not as forceful and sadistic as she was with him. |
| I found out about it from the first episode of anime (which by the way looks like shit, which is such a shame because this manga deserve proper animation) and i got suck into it. The story is so great, butI don't like how they abandoned Nakamura's story. It feels almost the same as in Oyasumi Punpun. |
| This series is brilliant. We're in for quite the ride. I'm sure Nakamura will be back soon enough. I'd be okay with her being absent from the story for a volume, at least until the end of the Aya "Arc" |

| Started reading this manga after watching the first episode of the anime adaptation which we all know has a rather "unique" animation style. After reading the chapter I'm really curious now if Tokiwa is actually Nakamura :o Love how interesting this manga has been so far and i'm looking forward to the next chapter : ) |

At the start of the series the MC, before all the bad things that happened to him (courtesy of Nakamura and his own stupidity), he was a collosal douchebag. | Marathoned this after watching the first two episodes of the anime. I like the manga a lot better. While it certainly has slowed down, I don't think the plot has gotten boring. I'm curious to see if Saeki has anything planned for Kasuga after their little meetup. I also don't think Tokiwa's relationship with her boyfriend will be lasting too long either. She's already been fed up with him for almost a year. It will be interesting if Saeki does know something about Nakamura's whereabouts as well. I also believe Kasuga's family problems will be having an effect soon enough. |
