| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- They skipped quite a lot. Buying a Magikarp, getting a fishing rod, battling Misty and Lt. Surge and getting a bike. I remember all that stuff, except I didn't buy the Magikarp. Lavander Town and the ghost story huh. I missed that Silph Scope. Team Rocket being Team Rocket I guess. PokeFlute get! Oh and it's good that he has a Jolteon now. And is that stone what I think it is since there's a new reveal now in Pokemon X/Y. Oh wow. |

| Lol, Team Rocket killed Marowak with an electric stick. Shouldn't Marowak be immune. That scene really made no sense. Pretty good episode though. Probably the highlight of this fanservice special. I was so happy when they included the white hand scene. "Do you believe in ghosts?" "No." "That white hand on your shoulder. It's not real." |

| The woman said "Oh look he has two badges". Um that's three badges lady not two. Pretty good episode, looking forward to seeing the other gym leaders. I do wonder how will Red defeat Sabrina, hopefully next episode covers Saffron - Cinnabar Island. |

| Oh come on, how could they have skipped so much. At this rate he will get to League in these 4 episodes. Not only they skipped so much, even the episode itself was rushed. I guess that would be the end of hopes for a decent adaptation, even if 4 episodes long. It's also weird what a coward and even bigger ass they made Green to be. By the way, is it me or nurse in Lavender looks different? An imposter! Still, it makes want to grab FireRed and play a little so I guess it does the job. |

I love this adaptation of Pokemon, its definitely faithful to its game counterpart. I know we can all remember the events in the game as well! (Especially the white hand bit, I got the shivers when I was a little kid) Now if only they made this a TV series from the high ratings its getting... |
| Kinda sad that they skipped so much, I wish they made a full anime out of that, could easily be 12 episodes or even more. I was hoping to see Green's dead Raticate as well, but oh well. Things I loved especially: white hand reference and that bgm at one point! |
| Hahaha. They added the Magikarp guy! Since they adapted the Lavender Town and Cubone, the high frequency music better be here... and the episode didn't disappoint! How I wish we can see him catch Snorlax blocking the way... but it looks like it might get skipped. |

| At the first moment, I thought those stones were Water and Leaf Stone. But now, I don't think that's the case. I like this episode. The whole Lavender stuff brought me some memories...But I was waiting for the raticate stuff with Green (I guess they didn't put on it, cuz if they did, the show would become very creepy). I had the same idea, Marowak killed with electric stick? What?????? And the white hand dialogue...I didn't remember that. |

| I love how they are using the game mechanic's logic in these specials. Wishing this series will get the same amount of episodes as the current one : 0 Dat Magikarp seller What!!! | Holy crap, the thing with Cubone being all alone and Marowak's death was quite emotional. Green getting frightened from the 'ghost' was hilarious. I like how they actually put the Silph Scope into use, with Red wearing on his head to see that the ghost was actually Marowak. Mr. Fuji gave Red the Pokeflute and the Mega evolution stones! :O Even though they skipped heaps I still enjoyed this episode. Green is a pussy, will never forget. HAHA! xD 5/5 |
