| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Okay, so the first half was still full of flashbacks....I know this meeting of minds between Naruto and Sasuke is important, but it doesnt need to be rammed into me over, what, 3 episodes? Sigh. Anyways, second half was actually a little continuation of the story line, wow, it feels like ages! I loved the bit when Naruto succumbs to the poison, that was hilarious in the manga, and it got a fair rendition here. Other than that, just build up for the outbreak of active warfare. Which will be stretched out for another 6 episodes yet. -_- |

| Nice episode. (Didn't mind the flashback this time, yay :D ) Sasuke going to implant Itachis eyes into him to get stronger, can't wait for the day when they clash again. (though it's going to take ages to reach that day :P) |

| One of the flashbacks they showed was from that filler episode where they try to find out what Kakashi looks like under his mask. So out of place. I hope no one who doesn't read the manga watched the next epsiode preview or they just got a rather annoying spoiler. Next episode is going to be a great one though. |

| Hopefully this is the last time in a while that we will get some flashbacks but time will tell i guess. Karin was pretty fixated on Naruto there seems like she is expecting something from him and i think it has something to do with killing Sasuke. And from the looks of the preview it seems like next week will become interesting. |

| That was a pretty good episode. A lot of the flashbacks were from scenes they didn't repeat 100 times already which is a good thing. |

| i will say it again, flashbacks were a little annoying, but nice to remember some of the stuff that happened. Naruto is just just pure ownage, he would totaly destroy sasuke. |
| Flashback no jutsu still annoying ... The actual content of the episode was good tho. :) Naruto is actually pretty damn good at making speeches, LOL. He even convinced me that he could somehow redeem Sasuke, even if they have to die together. That's probably why Sasuke demanded Madara immediately give him Itachi's eyes, because Naruto touched some part of his heart that he thought was already long dead. Sakura poisoned Naruto by accident, go useless no jutsu! Epic fail at everything she does. I hope they stop giving her screen time soon. I know the load of fail and suck will never do us the pleasure of dying but she can at least go away again? Fortunately next episode will have my favorite character in this show, Killer Bee! And |

| Damn, seriously, how can Sakura not fall for Naruto after everything? His speech was pretty awesome. If there was ever a hero that deserved the girl it's Naruto. I wouldn't mind seeing him dying while killing Sasuke though. It would provide the anime with a meaningful ending rather than having it live on in perpetuity without any reason or purpose like some others... |

| 5 minutes of flashbacks does not equate half an episode :/ Anyways, decided to try this episode. I'm not very consistent with Naruto Shippuden episodes, but I'm glad I watched this one (other than Naruto being an egocentric brat, he was still quite interesting to listen to). |

And the setting of Naruto is an alternate world completely different from ours, more like a mix between the present and feudal Japan. Regarding the episode, I'm glad this whole Team 7 reunion part is over as I didn't like it in the manga. Looking forward to the next episodes. |

I still remember how NAruto talked to Itachi and Itachi was saying how naive Naruto was if he wasnt going to be prepared to kill Sasuke. He put that crow in him... | damn you Sasuke, with your stubborness.. generally it was a good episode, despite the many flashbacks again. Although "Samidare" track from the OST (which is my most fav one!) made it all so much better! ^.^ But I loved Naruto's speech.. and the part "if we fight, we both die".. poor Karin.. wonder whose side she will choose now. but it's good she got over her obsession with Sasuke.. or at least so it seems. i've said that again and again, but waiting a whole week for a new ep is a damn torture.. :( Sent with Mal Updater |

| The flashbacks aren't as bad as last time. I still say that Naruto will kill Sasuke at the end of the series because that's his destiny. And I like Sasuke, but he just too emo now. |

| It would be great if somebody would put Naruto and Sasuke in there place; Naruto is a little headstrong; thinking only he is able to stop Sasuke. Obviously, we're suppose to accept that these two 16 year olds mains are the be-all-and-end-all, yet I'd be greatful if Kishi's suprised us. Naruto chosing to die with Sasuke is not only daft, but a sneeky way of saying "I can't live without you". Sasuke asked the very valid question "Why are you so fixated on me?", it should be obvious now. ;) It's annoying how Sakura actually had a good plan and a window of opportunity opened up to her of all people. I don't know if I have missed something, but as the part were Karin says "Forget about Sasuke" (proving she's not a blind fangirl) been erased? Naruto has worn a bright orange shell suit from the start, walkie-talkies have been used and the hospital looks quite modern. |

Finally Sakura realised that she can't do shit, now lets hope she STFU's and stay out the way. Sasuke gets Itachi's eyes eh? Wonder how the Mangekyou will look now..TO WAR! Anyway, flashbacks in this and previous episodes are better then fillers IMO.. :-D LOL at naruto getting poisoned.. must've been one strong toxin! And what's up with all the Sharingen eyes? | Naruto and Sasuke die together... never thought about it, but it has a pretty nice ring. Naruto's smile, throughout the whole time they were talking just gave me SO much hope after these past despairing episodes that Sasuke just might come back after understanding Naruto (I was literally smiling xD musta looked SUPER weird). I love how they showed how their roles could be switched. I always think about that in shows when the protagonist and antagonist clash (especially when they used to be friends) and I like how they voiced that reasoning. |
| I know the flashbacks were "weaved well" into the episode, but they still bugged me and I still skipped over them, for the most part. I really enjoyed all of the original content in this episode, though. For someone who claims to be a "poor talker", Naruto sure can give some impressive speeches. His words are simple, but effective and powerful. I wouldn't call him "poor" at public speaking at all. XD |

| At least this episode's flashbacks weren't as bad as previous episodes. This one actually moved the story along further. Oh and... Naruto and Sasuke's Bromance never ceases to amuse me. |
