If you think about it
We get 1-10 scores to use, but what if something is so shit you wanna score it below 1?
The way i see it a score of 1 is 0-1, 2 is 1.1-2, and so on up to 10, being anything above a 9, so 9.1-10
Personally i think it makes more sense than doing it the other way round of 9 = 9-9.9 as once you reach 10 you don't go further to 10.1, but when you're at the bottom there's still space to reach 0
