ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka

ACCA—a national body of the kingdom of Dowa that provides public services to the citizens of the country—was established as part of the peace settlement between the king of Dowa and the 13 states of the country during a revolt. One hundred years later, Dowa is in a period of unprecedented peace, due in part to the ACCA system. However, rumors of a coup d'état start to surface. Jean Otus, the second-in-command of the inspection department of ACCA, is charged with inspecting all 13 state branches. What will he discover as he performs his audit?

Cigarette Man In The Midst Of Intrigue, Revolution And Food

ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept Is a great show about conspiracy and monarchy and the separations of power. and one clueless man is in the middle of it all.

It does mystery and conspiracy amazingly feel like every character has an angle. A conspiracy in the heart of the state it is so fun.

Most of the anime is state work, but it's in the interesting way because we get to see all the different locals in the country and culture and sweets. But also there is tension because the new prince is not liked by the populace, ... and Worry about what will happen when he takes the throne.

But luckily the anime and main character oosis style and just feels so nice to watch, the colors are pretty the character designs are distinct but also pretty and the main character is so relaxing that it's just enjoyable to watch.

And the op is so amazing it has been stuck in my head all of these years the composition the storyboards. Just everything about it is amazing and the song is still stuck in my head.

delicious food and conspiracy, it is a nice combination with little taste of cigarette. would highly recommend.

Mixed Feelings

For what it's worth, I enjoyed it. I definitely think it there are areas which were lacking, for instance the intrigue was not what I hoped for a show about political intrigue. The world and characters were interesting which were really what drew me in. It inspired me to read the manga as well, but I didn't find it nearly as grabbing. I definitely think it's worth a watch if your time isn't at a premium.

I thought the art was really nice, with some wonderful visuals. The way each district was represented gave a Zootopia-like vibe, providing much diversity to the different factions. I really ... enjoyed the characters and their interactions, the relationship between the MC and his childhood friend featured interesting developments.

The ending was less than ideal, leaving the story generally in an okay place albeit a little disappointing.

The MC is some sort of genius but it's inexplicable how everything just falls into place for him. It's extremely monotonous and boring and will only be liked by those who crave the 'shy and unremarkable guy is actually amazing' wish fulfillment fantasy. For everybody else, this is a massive waste of time. Art style is okay I guess. I don't understand why this is classified as Seinen, this is made for teens at best. I also forgot every single character due to how unremarkable and boring they were. I find nothing interesting. This has no thriller elements, no mystery, nothing, it's just a bland ... power fantasy.
