 The official website for "Senki Zesshou Symphogear G" (the second season of the Senki Zesshou Symphogear) announced on Saturday that a third season has been given the green light. More information regarding the third season will be released via the website at the later time. It was also announced during Symphogear Live 2013 on December 14, 2013. | The Symphogear series was always one of the most enjoyable trainwrecks for me. And even tons of plot inconsistencies, random twists and two 4/10 ratings in the past two seasons won't stop me from enjoying the third one as well. |

| Well it was easy to predict looking at sales result. So new idols will join the team, more ridiculous weapons will appear - all that is good in this show. Maybe even they think about the plot or some kind of coherent scenario, that would be awesome and since there was improvement between season 1 and 2, it might happen. |

| Not sure if I'm down for a third one of these. The second one started off reasonably strong but kind of regressed to the level of the first series by the end and the animation quality just does not keep up in either of the first two seasons. Both became hard for me to even enjoy as a simple guilty pleasure by the end and became more of an obligation to finish but who knows depending on the season I might still find time to at least try the third one out. |

I mean, there's nothing against people who do enjoy this show, but it's just not my thing and I picked up the first season by accident while it was airing. And now I have to watch more of it -___- |

| I just random'd across the Symphogear3 anime entry... I'm shocked... and happy! (... adds to plan-to-watch) Wow lots of whining about the plot-holes in the series... so what? I don't love this series because of the plot. I love it because they sing while fighting in mecha-esque outfits! I wonder if they'll find an excuse to make Miku and Maria symphogear users again? |
