Yeah, I remember liking the 1st Overlord season best myself and Clemintine was probably the best villain in the series so far IMO. I have a mind to rewatch the first 3 before starting the latest one. I'm going to be watching it all in English dub though.

You should try scaling back your ptw list to include only those titles you think there's a good chance you will watch in the future. That's what I do. I don't think there's enough time in an average person's lifespan to get through everything you've got on your ptw list ;)

How have you been finding the new Overlord? How does it compare with the 3 previous seasons?

Yeah, I saw Barakamon years ago. It was very close to a 9 score for me. I liked that female mangaka who was into Yaoi. She was cool.

3-gatsu no Lion is part of the same healing and relaxing genre as Barakamon and is really beautiful to look at and intelligently written. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It's good to hear you're into the GITS franchise. Stand Alone Complex season 2 was actually my first ever anime 10 and a half years ago. Have you seen GITS 2045 yet?

Yeah, I've heard Mushishi is very calm, relaxing, and part of that spirit/soul healing genre, "iyashikei". I'd say 3-gatsu no Lion has been my fave from that healing genre, so far, and you know what, you really do feel cleansed, emotionally recharged, and spiritually replenished, afterward. You feel as if the stresses, negativities, and burdens of the world are washed away. And that's not BS. Lol.

Mushishi is one I've heard lots about but haven't got around to yet. For me, I'd say the Ghost in the Shell franchise. I was particularly impressed with the latest 3-D GITS 2045. The best recent action series since AOT in my opinion. I've even put a few songs from the series on my profile :)

Ah, well, the manga is the source anyway, so you're not missing out on anything important. The fillers can be pretty entertaining for a fan, though.

I grew up along with him myself, and because I was waiting for English language releases, I was following his adventures for like 5 years. There's something about his personality that just endears him to you. He goes through a lot of progression from episode 1 to episode 720.

Despite what anyone says, or even how many of them say it, you're never too old for Naruto. That's my nindo, my ninja way!
