Hi!
I'll literally watch any anime but I favor science fiction and fantasy.
I've been into anime since 2008 but I was pretty casual until about 2015, when my interest in anime significantly increased.
My manga list isn't very representative, It's mostly just more recent reads or stand out favorites.
Also i'm really into FGO lately and do play some VN, can't really list that but it's still related. I’m also obsessed with Genshin Impact
Feel free to message me or anything.

Since Fate/zero was a serious work in itself, I feel that many of the comedic works were also comedies, perhaps because many people sought healing in reaction to the seriousness of the work.
Oh, I recently started reading Souryuuden by Yoshiki Tanaka, which I meant to read in the 90s but never got a chance. It's CLAMP on the cover. Maybe it's because I haven't read it in a while, but the writing, I feel it's hard to read.
I think the musical "Chicago" was staged in the U.S. a few years ago, not by the current Takarazuka Revue actors, but by what they called OGs who had belonged to the company in the past. Still, I think some particularly good ones were selected. I think the version of the Legend of the Galactic Heroes with a mixed male and female cast was something like Jan as the main, Reinhardt as the main, Reuenthal as the main, and Oberstein as the main.
I ended up going to one of the revival screenings of Karanokiokai. I'm going tomorrow. It was supposed to start at 6pm tomorrow, with an intermission, and end before 8am the day after tomorrow. I'm gonna fall asleep on the way...
Takarazuka Revue is a lot of fun, and I'm pretty excited to see the costumes! Personally, I enjoy looking at the Western costumes more than the Japanese ones, because they are more flashy.
I think there are more doujinshi that express the sadness rather than the dynamic between Weaver and Rider...also, I think there are more mono than comedies. I don't think there were any battle scenes in the doujinshi, because most of the people who wrote doujinshis with Weaver and Rider as the main characters were women.
As for Legend of the Galactic Heroes, well, translating a novel doesn't make it a funny, readable text. I sometimes wonder how it would be translated... like Nishio Ishin, personally, I wonder how it would be translated, since his writing is very quirky. I think the anime will be a sequel to volumes 7-10 of the novel. I feel like I'd like to see it in a theater version, but I think the story is a bit too long, so maybe an animated TV series...
Ah, Takarazuka Revue, you know what you're talking about! Oh, right, you did ballet. There's a version of the show performed by men other than the Takarazuka Revue, but I haven't seen that one. I'm sure you wrote The Legend of the Galactic Heroes, though the content had BL elements, like Krump and Fumi Yoshinaga. I've read some of Fumi Yoshinaga's stuff, but Krump's is too difficult to get hold of, so I've never read it.
All the films in the Kara no Kyoukai series will be screened in theaters in December,
Which ones should I see in the movie theaters?
I'm afraid I'll run out of money and time if I watch all the episodes, so I'd like to hear your recommendations.
I've read the original novel and the doujinshi version of Mirai Fukuin, and they are on my bookshelf.
Oh, in case you're interested, I'll put up a recommended doujinshi of fate/zero and a pamphlet of The Legend of the Galactic Heroes.
I read Lord Hermeroy II Case Files to the end at 4:30 this morning. The last part of the book had me a little teary-eyed reading it. I thought the anime was talking about the end of the story, but it seems to be mainly about the auction of the magic eye train. My favorite story about Yzerma was cut out!
Well, I knew that area would be hard to anime...
In the meantime, I've read through the series of casebooks, so I think I'll move on to the next series. You already have six books out...
As for the doujinshi, I'll be re-reading them soon, so here are some of my favorites. I liked the comical stories of all the characters outside of the Rider camp, and the illustration collections. I also read some of the stories about switching...
As for the doujinshi, there were quite a few during the anime's broadcast and about right after it ended. However, because there were so many, there were many that I didn't like or thought were "off".
I started watching the Legend of the Galactic Heroes anime and moved on to the novels in the middle of the series. There are so many episodes of the anime...so I moved on to the novels and read them, but then my favorite character died pretty easily, so I stopped reading them from there. The original author is also famous for his light novels (slow writing speed, many unfinished works), so I think there are a certain number of people who like light novels.
I like both the books and the anime. And I think the more people who like them, the more they buy and read them, even the manga in the Legend of the Galactic Heroes anthology.
As for Legend of the Galactic Heroes, I like it to the level of playing NES games and going to see Takarazuka Revue musicals... As for doujinshi, I have the impression that many of them are better at writing novels than manga about Legend of the Galactic Heroes.
I'm surprised Type-Moon hasn't expanded overseas...I have an image of them. I haven't gotten into Type-Moon to the level of buying their magazines... Yesterday, I started reading the last half of Lord El-Melloi II Case Files novel... I've read up to volume 9, so I guess I have one more book left...
I've started a new "adventure" series, so I'll probably continue reading that as well.
As for Fate/Zero, I think I bought over 50 fan-made or doujinshi during and right after the anime aired, and many of them were very interesting. Some of the doujinshis were so good that they made me cry, especially the ones with Weaver and Rider as the main characters.
Come to think of it, you like Legend of the Galactic Heroes too, don't you? That's the one that got me hooked on the anime and dropped out of the novels.
I was wondering why you have two ballet manga in your favorites, but then I see you're a ballet artist yourself.
There's a lot of romance in them compared to Subaru, but I'd recommend this manga as well because the ballet drawings are so beautiful. The story itself is a typical shoujo manga, but the ballet scenes are very beautiful.

I recently found out that Lord Ermeloy has a sequel coming out. I have the book in TYPE-MOON BOOKS, the version that is released at comic markets and other places.
Weaver is a great character, I'm really into fate/zero and went to a lot of events and places during the anime's run.
You have " Subaru" in your favorite manga! It's interesting. It's written by a male manga artist, so you can read it without getting frustrated with the relationships in terms of romance. Kenrantaru Grande Scène" is another good ballet manga! I read it sometimes.
Lord El-Melloi II Sei no Jikenbo: Rail Zeppelin Grace Note" is a light novel version, so I haven't seen the anime, but I like it. Weaver-kun, it's good, isn't it?
Sorry for this random comment, but just I wanted to say hi to another fellow FGO player. I found your profile from this forum thread. I actually posted my comment right below you
