Yes the anime adaptation is currently airing but sadly it's not worth watching it. You may not agree with me on this point since you seem to have started reading the manga thanks to the anime but the studio animation is not really good and some moments are not well animated, the manga is just much better. We loose the intense expression lines we have in the insane manga art, a more detailed anime draws would have been necessary to get so much feeling like you can get in the manga.
The change of facial expression like those you can find in Kakegurui is one of the essential points of Tomodachi Game
That's right but not as much as yours ! I mostly like action, psychological and romance mangas

But I find it kinda sad how much potential got wasted with the Story and so many poor Explanations. Also how didnt the characters notice the Time difference? They switched their Bodys for like 30 times and no one never looked at the Dates? Mostly the Male Protagonist had a job and he was never looking at the time?
Also how did they actually fall in Love, there was no real build up for it.
And oohhh how did the entire Story work anyway, they pulled of a short godlike explanation about the Shrine and a Prophecy and that's it.
I wish they made a Anime Show out of this Movie just with more Plot and Explanations
