Yup, the next season will excite a lot of anime fans bcs of AOT and Yaiba S2. And we have JJK Vol. 0 premiering in Japan during Christmas Eve too. I'm not as thrilled since I've finished the manga of the former two titles, but they're definitely on my upcoming watchlist.

To me, Summer is a tad better, but I can see where you're coming from. Haven't checked on Sakugan yet though tbh, so I'll have a look once the final score is out. If it goes up than the current score, then I'll probably give it a chance. I do like the worldbuilding of Made in Abyss, which is the strongest point of the show imo.

Now you've mentioned Yamai Ren, she further confirmed my opinion that I don't like yandere ppl in general lol. I actually like Komi's subtle pant or exhaling noises, etc. -- which I found to be wholesome. As such, hearing Komi spoke for a few times felt really rewarding. I like Komi's 1st ep a lot, but gradually found the series to be less interesting bcs Komi's other friends are not as great as Tadano and Najimi.

Bear in mind that Heike Monogatari has a pacing issue and abrupt storytelling, but other than that, it is indeed an interesting show.

I've only finished the 1st season, and it was a pleasant watch. If positive vibe has an anime, it is K-On. I totally like the clumsy and klutz K-On members, and their silly banters are a lot of fun to watch. For the 2nd season, I was only halfway through but I felt that the show would benefit if it is shortened to a 1 cour show.

Any shows you plan to watch besides seasonals in the nearest time?

Eh, if me not liking a show that is clearly targeted for lonely male losers like u is "garbage taste" then i'll take that smh.

To me, this season fares the same as Summer 2021, not my favorites. I still haven't managed to get away from Spring 2021, which I'd say the best seasons in 2021.

I'd say two of my favorite shows in this season to be Ousama Ranking and 86 2nd season. I like Komi, as a character, the most; but not so much with the anime. Heike Monogatari is also an honorable mention, although it was quite bad in pacing to me personally.
