'Higeki no Genkyou to Naru Saikyou Gedou Last Boss Joou wa Tami no Tame ni Tsukushimasu.' Unveils Additional Cast, Theme Songs

The official website of the television anime adaptation of Tenichi's Higeki no Genkyou to Naru Saikyou Gedou Last Boss Joou wa Tami no Tame ni Tsukushimasu. (The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen: From Villainess to Savior) light novel unveiled additional cast members and the theme songs on Thursday. The anime is scheduled to air in July 2023 on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11.

Tsukuyomi (Isekai de Cheat Skill wo Te ni Shita Ore wa, Genjitsu Sekai wo mo Musou Suru: Level Up wa Jinsei wo Kaeta) is performing the opening theme "Kyuuseishu," and ChoQMay is performing the ending theme "PRIDE."

Norio Nitta (Odd Taxi assistant director) helms the anime at OLM Team Yoshioka. Deko Akao (Hitomi Mieno) (Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu) is handling the series composition, and Hitomi Kouno (Isekai Shokudou 2 chief animation director) is designing the characters. Hanae Nakamura (5-toubun no Hanayome), Tatsuhiko Saiki (Kanojo mo Kanojo), Kanade Sakuma (Akuyaku Reijou nanode Last Boss wo Kattemimashita), and Junko Nakajima (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta... X) are composing the music.

Tenichi began writing fantasy romance novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in April 2018. Ichijinsha began releasing the series under its Iris Neo label in June 2019, featuring illustrations by Suzunosuke. The sixth volume was released in November 2022.

Bunko Matsuura began serializing a manga adaptation on Zero-Sum Online in March 2019 and ended last October due to the mangaka's poor health. The third and final volume shipped in January 2022.

Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the light novel and manga in English in June 2021. The light novel's third volume went on sale on March 14, while the manga's third volume shipped on February 14.

Maybe I'm saying this as a man who is attracted to women, but why do Otome LN female MCs always look quite attractive even being self-insert, while male LNs keep abusing Kirito design?
