Manga 'Dog Signal' Gets TV Anime in Fall 2023

The official Twitter of Saya Miyauchi's Dog Signal manga announced a television anime adaptation on Friday. The anime is set to premiere in Fall 2023 on NHK Educational TV.

Miyauchi began drawing the slice of life manga in Kadokawa's Comic Bridge magazine in July 2018. Kadokawa shipped the seventh volume in March 2022, with the eighth volume scheduled to be released on January 24.

Synopsis
A dog trainer's job is to bring dogs and people together. Miyu Samura, an indecisive young man, meets Shinichiro Niwa, a miracle-working dog trainer, while walking the dog forced on him by his ex-girlfriend. The chance encounter will greatly change Miyu's life! Thus begins the story about the growth of a new dog trainer!

I knew that the mangaka's name sounded similar, I loved Eien no With so I'm glad that another one of her works is getting adapted.

Well this is certainly a breath of fresh air compared to the dog fucking anime we got airing atm lol and its a josei i see? well John Wick and josei fans are going to love this one.

Haven't read this source material, but it would have to be funny and cute, cause otherwise I have always bawled my eyes out on her other manga, despite their short run. Wish it was a cat anime instead since I hate dogs. But might watch this anyway if this is full on comedy.
