I find it quite funny that people criticize this for mediocrity, but are happy to generic fantasy in another thread.

I read the novel/manga. It's a basic but cute little story that satisfies the basic points: dense hero, hot chicks with big chests, fantasy, villain/hero interplay, fights.

The anime adaptation will be of a similar make, simplistic but enjoyable enough. At least I hope the show crew doesn't mess it up.

Yet another one? This plot on average is worse than average isekai.

I followed light novel news more closely than anime and I have never heard of this LN~

There are a lot of demon lords in light novels recently~

Not a fan of things like demon lords~

The synopsis doesn't really say much. But yeah seems boring.

Ahh... this one, it was ok but damn it has a just a lot of dumb reasons behind it.

Pretty much. It becomes the same tired song halfway through.

Fascinating how they use age introduction in the title, as if it's merely a sentence, not a title.

I don't know why but the inclusion of brackets in the title is the most annoying part of this. Not that it's another pointless sort-of-Isekai, not that the premise is three basic tropes stapled together, but that brackets are in the title. It's just so lazy, so awkward, like they couldn't even be bothered to make it a proper sentence.

It's almost impressive how this medium keeps finding new ways to be absolutely infuriating.

Great! I planned to read the manga, now I will watch the series. Good 2023 for anime!

Let me guess he'll become an apothecary of that village and later on will have a sweet girl from his brother's army persuading him to get back, which he'll deny of course.

We have an abundance of similar shows recently, so this doesn't seem particular interesting.
But there is never too much of Settling Down in Fantasy anime.
