'Tonikaku Kawaii' Reveals Additional Cast, Theme Song Artists
The Tonikaku Kawaii (Tonikawa: Over the Moon For You) panel at the virtual Crunchyroll Expo revealed on Sunday additional cast and the theme song artists. The television adaptation of Kenjirou Hata's romantic comedy manga will premiere on October 3 at 1:05 a.m. on Tokyo MX, followed by YTV and BS NTV channels.
Yuu Serizawa (3D Kanojo: Real Girl), Sumire Uesaka (Isekai Shokudou) and Konomi Kohara (Asobi Asobase) will play as Kaname Arisagawa, Aya Arisagawa, and Chitose Kaginoji, respectively.
Junya Enoki (Kono Oto Tomare!) and Akari Kito (Tsurezure Children) are playing as the main characters, Nasa and Tsukasa Yuzaki.
Akari Kito is also performing the opening theme as her character "Koi no Uta (feat. Tsukasa Tsukuyomi)," which is written and composed by Producer and DJ Yunomi. Singer KanoeRana will perform the ending theme "Tsuki to Hoshizora," produced by the anime's music composer Endou. (Akiba's Trip The Animation).
Hiroshi Ikehata (Murenase! Seton Gakuen) is directing the anime at Seven Arcs, and Kazuho Hyoudou (ReLIFE) is handling the series composition. Masakatsu Sasaki (Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) is designing the characters.
Hata began serializing the manga in Shounen Sunday in February 2018. Shogakukan shipped the 12th compiled volume on August 18. VIZ Media is publishing the manga in English and will release the first volume on September 8.

Seven Arcs isn't that bad. They just generally receive close to nill budget for their productions.

I didn't read that much of the manga, but I'll probably watch this one. Also, Koko-chan!!!

Yuu Serizawa as Kaname feels kind of weird honestly
Like can she actually play a cute caring pervert who is very direct
Sumire Uesaka as Aya I guess is ok since I know she can play a goofy idiot like she did with Shalltear
Konomi as Chitose might be the best casting choice in the whole show honestly considering she can voice out of control, quick to emotion and innocent sounding girls like Chitose is

So Seven Arc also have some ordinary choice of cast. I already found it odd the moment they picked Akari Kitou.
