Movie 'Kaijuu no Kodomo' Announces Staff and Cast Members

The official website for the previously announced Kaijuu no Kodomo movie has announced staff and cast members. Produced by Studio 4°C, the movie will premiere on Japanese theaters on June 7.

A curious concept with some beautiful animation.

The visuals seem surprisingly close to the source; I thought they would change that to some degree. But in that regard Kenichi Konishi as the animation director is a pretty good fit. I really hope they can uphold this level of visuals.

The manga cover this is based on looks so familiar to me. I feel like I read some of this when I was younger.

Oh boy, the cast and the visuals looks great!

Definitely looking forward to it! I haven’t watched a Studio 4’C show yet but I have heard a lot of things about some of their shows, so I’m looking forward more to seeing one of their works!
