Minato, who aims to be a voice actor but is unable to put himself into the role, and Chikako, who lives with a past trauma, encourage one another and try to improve themselves. art reminds me of honeyworks
The illustration is by Yamako, the illustrator of HoneyWorks, so the art is HoneyWorks style.

Okay so more HoneyWorks stuff? And the staff is... quite a mix to be fairly honest. But I'll go and wait for a PV if anything.

This is basically a Sore ga Seiyuu clone with less episode duration and a cast that I mostly don't recognize

Anything that has a HoneyWork’s staff member and LIPxLIP doing the OP is good enough for me

This has to be the weirdest combination of staff I've ever seen..
The Director is mainly a key animator, the screen-writer wanders randomly between doing scrips, in-between animation and producing, and most of all, the character designers are basically a band of music Lmao.
HoneyWorks is a group of mix artists, not just musicians.

Edit:@tsubasalover I see, even though most of their (anime related) works are about music, according to their MAL page.
