BL Manga 'Ten Count' to End

The official Twitter for Rihito Takarai's BL manga Ten Count has announced that the manga will be ending. The final chapter will be released in the December issue of Dear+ magazine, to be released on November 14.

Ten Count has been serialized via Dear+ magazine since July 2013. Five compiled volumes have been released, with the sixth and final volume planned to go on sale next Spring. The manga talks about the relationship between a patient who is diagnosed with mysophobia and a psychiatrist. A collective "in motion" animation adaptation that includes this manga is planned for this Fall.

I really enjoyed this manga. I just read the final chapter though and this may be an unpopular opinion, but I was not a huge fan of the ending... there was so much more I feel like need to be done! Really want more I am so sad! The artwork was amazing! I really do enjoy this Mangaka. It was a great series.

I'm on chapter 32 of this manga and I started reading it few days ago, and finding about it ending shattered my heart into pieces. I refused to accept this. No! No! ;-;

Might as well resume when it's completed. This was a daring work (and it was pretty hot) so I didn't expect it to last long – her works in general have been short. I'd like to buy the merch and hope Takarai gets better. Kurose drinking milk poster (?)

I heard the mangaka’s been sick for some time now so I think that might be the reason why the series is ending so abruptly. I wish her good luck with whatever her new manga is going to be. This isn’t her best work but her sex scenes are pretty hot

Not all that surprised given the last few "chapters" didn't have much content. The story is pretty much wrapped up. Best news is she's free to work on something new now!
