Kagerou Project is a mixed-media project based on a series of songs created by Jin. An anime adaptation for the project, Mekakucity Actors, aired in Spring 2014 with 12 episodes. A manga adaptation, Kagerou Daze, began publishing in June 2012.
Synopsis
Shintarou Kisaragi—a NEET who shut himself inside his room for two years—had been living his life normally until he met a cyber girl named Ene, who appeared in his computer screen when someone anonymously sent him a mysterious e-mail one year ago. One day, Ene messes with Shintarou's PC, which forces him to go to the outside world for first time in two years. (Source: MU, edited)

And the studio is not going to be Shaft, but Aniplex.
I'm pretty sure Aniplex is just a production company. It could be any studio working on this.

if its 4DDDDD will it get a normal realse so we could watch it?
I'm also worried about this
4D is usually the wonderful thing you find with the in-motion chairs at amusement parks
Cool concept for Kagepro
But will we be able to see/watch it?

First, this isn't being made by SHAFT. The article mentions Aniplex so expect A-1 Pictures.
Second, SHAFT never produced any type of CG on Mekakucity Actors, this is the actual scene made by SHAFT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHhF31jXtyI. This famous CG scene circling around was outsourced because SHAFT is irresponsible as fuck and never does shit on time (usually fixing it on the BDs) and ends up relying on other shit companies to do their job, poorly.
Aniplex is a producer and they also produced Mekakucity Actors anime so could be any studio really.
The CG is still Shaft fault because they obviously didn't have the time so they outsourced they are also in charge of the production of the series so people can blame them on anything.
I'm not saying Shaft has no blame on what happened in Makakucity Actors, it was their fault for not planning things correctly, but in this specific case, we're talking about a movie budget with a much wider time of production, in which, even if SHAFT does get the job (I'm 90% sure Aniplex will put it on either A-1 because A-1 accepts anything or any other company, SHAFT failed at the job before after all and they're on a tight schedule with Monogatari, Sangatsu no Lion, fate/EXTRA and god knows what more), they won't repeat the terrible CG simply because it wasn't theirs (and also because lmao it looked horrible).

After reading the comment and threads most of the people are worried because of the anime adaptation being butchered. Uh, it was butchered in the final episode because it was technically poorly executed.
But this is kind of alright, I am not expecting much but you know, what can I expect? Something okay I guess.
Not really...
The anime was bad because of a combination of bad planning by Shaft, bad writing by Jin and a lack of budget, which I guess is also Shaft's fault or it might be more Aniplex's since anime studio's don't pay for this shit themselves most of the time.
I wouldn't want Shaft doing this anyway - they tend to be pretty bad at doing multiple anime at once and right now they are already doing Kizumonogatari 3 and Sangatsu no Lion which I am already worried about since Owarimonogatari suffered pretty heavily from a lack of budget whilst it was being made at the same time as Kizu 1/2. After that they have their Fate stuff too and probably more Monogatari so...I don't know that they would have time to pick up another movie.
Ufotable have the same problem imo, they can do great work when they only have to do one thing but when they start getting too many projects and can't focus they kinda fall apart.
