This work intrigued me before due to that very striking title. I don't know what it's worth, but it at least "sounds "interesting as a mystery novel. Mystery novels 's worth are really dependent on the author's skill to build a mystery properly though, which is a skill that lots of author don't have, and I don't think I ever read a work from that author so who knows~.

Hmm interesting. It'll probably format a standalone format style but I'm fine with it being a fiction mystery. Also seeing the artist involved in this, can we get a Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria adaptation in the future as well? D:

im totally agree with you stark :D
hope Utsuro no Hako to Zero no Maria will get an adaptation in the future! it's a masterpiece afterall.

There was an advertising collaboration with this series and the Bones TV series, and seeing that the series is about bones, it'd be ironic if BONES animated this.

Hehh...I never saw that video before. Thanks for sharing!
This is the novel release PV. I read all the ones with winter themed covers lol...but the story is honestly very good. I can't wait to see it animated! > <

What this? A LN adaptation where the male lead is already in a relationship with the girl form the start? Color me surprised. I hope to fucking god this is true I'm tired of harem trope/love triangle bullshit.

Interesting, and seeing that it is mystery makes me more excited!

This looks promising. Yayy, finally a serious-looking mystery anime! It has been a while since the last time I watch this genre.

Sounds like this could be really interesting if it weren't for the blatant otaku bullshit.
Blatant otaku bullshit? Maybe for the rest of light novels but this one seems actually interesting. You sure you're not just assuming things because of your bitterness towards light novels?
No I actually don't care about Light Novels.

The "oujo-san" in the synopsis however...

Color me interested.

Anyway, it should be noted that the Sakurako girl is the main character's girlfriend right off the bat and is in her mid-twenties while he is in high school. That's not something you see every day. I'm interested. Lets hope it's a TV anime, though I'm not sure light novels have evolved to the point where the good ones get proper adaptations yet.

I used to love Bones, so this video was really fun!

This anime seems interesting. I'll give it a shot when it airs. Lead girl is also pretty so that's a plus!

it looks interesting enough, and it's a break from the usual seasonal light novel haul. will watch.
