Weekly Shounen Sunday Announces Multiple OVA Adaptations
Joujuu Senjin!! Mushibugyou, previously adapted to a TV series in Spring 2013, will receive multiple OVAs. The first special-edition DVD will be bundled with the manga's 15th volume, to be released on July 18th.
Nozo x Kimi, a spin-off series of Nozoki Ana, will also get an OVA adaptation. Nozoki Ana previously bundled an OVA adaptation with its final volume in February 2013. Weekly Shounen Sunday will also be announcing that Nozo x Kimi will be switching from Shounen Sunday Super's monthly schedule to its weekly serialization in the 26th issue.
Update
Fantasista Stella (sequel to Fantasista), Ane Log: Moyako Nee-san no Tomaranai Monologue, and Imawa no Kuni no Alice will also receive OVAs. Ane Log was adapted to drama CDs which also contained six flash anime shorts, while Imawa no Kuni no Alice had an anime CM last year.

As for Nozo x Kimi, I will watch it because I liked Nozoki Ana OVA

And btw, i think the reasons why these OVAs get simultaneously produced is because WSS staff have been in desperate to get their series sell.

I know Mushibugyou, I'll probably watch the Anime first.
So, Nozo x Kimi is getting an OVA, huh. I read Nozoki Ana back in 2012, but for some reason, I didn't finish reading it. I am actually about to start reading Nozoki Ana again from the very start, but this time, I am going to finish it. I'll just finish my current Manga.
I'll probably read Nozo x Kimi after it finishes publishing, and I'll probably watch its OVA adaption first.

Welp, I just caught up to Imawa no Kuni no Alice. I hope there won't be much censors.
This is why Nozoki Ana and Nozomi x Kimio make sense as OVAs. TV Anime versions would be white light half of the time.
