At first, I was like "this is gonna suck", then I found out the author made Yowapeda as well. I'm in. No matter what.

This is what I first thought as well but my opinion changed after reading the available chapters...

Don't get me wrong, it could get better after the scanlated chapters but because you had the same first thought as I did I thought I'd tell you.

Eh looks like another magical loli girl/fanservice anime, I'll pass too generic to invest time in imo.

Great...more lolis and ecchi. Probably one of few who hate that combined.

Nah I'm with you in that regard, well maybe 'hate' is too strong a word but I'm certainly tired of those two being combined. Only one that can do ecchi and loli right is Ken Akamatsu imo. Speaking of which, I wonder if UQ Holder will get an adaptation or maybe one day they will do a proper adaptation of Negima.

Oh yeah, I definitely need to finish reading Negima but I agree with that.

Another "pervert with no redeeming qualities gets a harem" anime?

-Magic and fanservice.
-Main girl cute and by the looks of it, a loli.
-Completed manga.
-J.C. Staff.

I'm so in. Another show i'm gonna be watching in summer.

^yeah, J.C. Staff's name alone isn't enough to get my attention. And the story too sounds awfully boring. I doubt I'm going to watch this one.

Is this really from the author of Yowamushi Pedal, a series that i love very much? I just did a quick skim on the first chapter and it was very lame. It simply pushes too many wrong buttons on me. Very dumb premise with the humor generally hit-or-miss. Also, the only fantasy aspect is some stupid magic that i've seen several times already (Kinda like the ones from Magikano and Macademi Wasshoi, none of which end up being appealing for me) and i don't think i'll be able survive the rest of series with that kind of protagonist, whose perversion alone got me snapped several times over. And J.C staff track record has been a mixed bag, with mostly being bad for me (Dai shogun, ugh~), and they're sole watchable stuff in the past 3 years was Sakurasou. So the studio won't be a buying factor for me.

I could already see myself trying this out and drop it like hot rock, but if the execution's done right, it might have a chance to be a guilty pleasure of some sort.

From the few chapters I've read, it's a comedy series involving magic with lots of fanservice.

Oh, that was helpful, thanks! When I looked at the cover and genres (and demographics), I was not entirely against giving it a read, but then let down by the beginning of the description and since there's no "ecchi" or "harem" or anything listed I thought I should at least read a summary or skim through the first chapter (and then possibly give the anime a try).

The catch is interesting, and with it being a complete series, should be amusing to watch.
