OVA of Upcoming TV Anime 'Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?' Announced

According to the official website, an OVA of Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo? was announced to be released in July 2013. It will be bundled with the eighth volume of the original novel.

The first episode of the TV anime will be aired on January 11, 2013.

well aside from the sales stuff, I hope this can succeed. there's needs to be more fun & awesome stuff like this and dog days

Hmm...I think the first season only just barely got above 3000 for sales average. Only the vol.1 sold more than 4000... But it was enough to get the "of the dead" 2nd season. So there is always hope...

Sorry, you're right, I was looking at first volumes. Almost 3200 and over 2800 for the two seasons' averages. Thanks for the correction. That said, I fear for the season average for Mondaiji... Just over 1600 now after 2 volumes :'(

Heard that the LN sales boost is pretty good so it might get a 2nd season just like Koreha Zombie Desuka. It has the same publisher anyway. Mondaiji anime adapted only 2 volumes of the LN so there are lots of material for more seasons....

I hope you're right that the LN sales are enough as Korewa sold almost 4000 with of the dead getting over 3000, still over the line while Mondaiji barely cleared 1800 so it would appear that it clearly lost money on the disc sales alone at least with my naive calculations. There are 7 novels out now so tons of material left if there is a will to animate more. Buy, tweet, hope and pray... all I can do.

I hope too but disc sales have been poor. I have bought all the novels and discs so far and have ordered the rest but fear I will need to keep reading the novels to know what happens...

The chara design looks good and synopsis is alright. The show seems likable so I'll give it a go.
